Excellent home made breakfast and gentleman preparing it was helpful and amiable

The breakfast was minimal! Burnt biscuits and just eggs. No meat. The shower did not drain well, there was only a couple Kleenex in the box. The bathroom light never turned off. We tried several different things.

The beds were comfortable and smelled so good and clean. The room was clean. The refrigerator had a freezer part and we liked that. It was quiet at the hotel which was nice.

A minor complaint: one side of the bed had charging capability beneath the lamp but the other side did not.

The king room was very spacious, comfortable and nicely appointed. We liked the floor to ceiling window. Parking was convenient beneath the structure. The breakfast was fine.

Breakfast was disappointing. Scrambled eggs were dry and toasted. Fruit was not fresh, old tangerines that dented with light finger pressure and pithy without juice. 😫

Very clean and a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was powerful;a very spa-like experience We had a massage recliner chair in our room as well. Delightful surprise.

Location, easy walk to downtown area and to river walk/bike trail. Reminded me of European boutique hotel. Great restaurants within walking distance.

There was really nothing offered for breakfast. Juice, coffee, a couple small items. But I usually don't eat hotel breakfast anyway.

Wow, really impressive room for the price. Clean and modern. Nicely furnished. Comes with hair dryer and ironing board in the room. Great location just a few blocks from campus and many bars and restaurants.

The light went off a few times in the bathroom even though I was there showering. Just waved my hand up to the llght sensor. Easy fix. Other than that, everything was excellent!

The room was sparking clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the shower was fabulous. The staff was so polite and helpful. Angie made sure I had everything I needed.

Room view was great for me and my little dog. Room was clean, up to date and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was there when college was finished for summer so not sure how it might be during school in session. Lots of green areas to walk dog and within easy walking distance to main town.

No complaints. The only reason we don't stay there more often is that the price fluctuates so wildly (like every other place in Athens). We will only stay here when the price is reasonable (under $150).

Great price - our son was at OU for orientation. The location is great, walkable to campus and uptown. It's very modern and the room was a great size. Love the closet and chest of drawers, as well as the table and chairs. The complimentary waters and sodas were a nice surprise. It was very clean and well decorated.

We wished there was lighting under the vent. That corner was a little dark. My wife and I actually Like bathtubs. The shower is too open.

We Loved the bed. Not Only is it big. It's Very comfortable. We liked the layout design of the room, how when you first open the door, you don't see everything. We Loved the spaciousness. We like the complimentary drinks

I didn’t really find anything default. This was very conveniently located easy walking distance to pubs bars and grills and it was also an easy walk down to the fire department house where there’s a park next to the river and then walkways all the way down to the bridges very cool place.

Amazing staff and they were amazing with our pups and this is our first trip out with our pups so this was really important to us. Thank you for all the hospitality and the wonderful amenities.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Staff member at breakfast on weekdays was extremely attentive and accommodating. No one there on weekends to attend to breakfast. Food ran out early and no one there to ask to replace it. Stark contrast weekday from weekend for breakfast. Front desk staff consistently available. Might just be reflection of the times with limited staff. Rooms surprisingly clean and updated. Would definitely stay again!!
