We had an issue with a leak in our room. Although that's not something anyone can really help and maintenance came and fixed the issue. I think the plumbing needs an update.

I loved the resort and the customer service. The front desk was really nice and fun. The options on the resort were great, you choose from basketball, mini golf to tennis.

The bathroom definitely needed a deep cleaning, as there was clearly some mildew in the grout. The walk to the beach access from our room was quite long and across multiple parking lots with little shade, so make sure you have plenty of sunscreen.

The spaciousness of the King room was very nice and the onsite laundry for guests was useful, especially since it was free and the staff provided detergent. The bed was very comfortable and large. Going during April meant that there were few people, so parking was easy and the area around wasn’t full of tourists.

The place used to be a timeshare place. There is one beach access and the buildings close to it are for owners, not the hotel. Our building was 7 minutes walk to the gate. You can drive and park close to the gate. There are no good views from the hotel buildings. We got a 2 bedroom apartment, which was very spacious and well furnished. The window of one of the room faced the outside walkway so anyone walking outside can look inside. The other bedroom faced a close line of trees. Many apartments face the other buildings. The check in was easy and we got a couple of text messages to check on us.

In the unit, the bedroom furniture was in good condition. The living room furniture looked like it was recently replaced, however, the upholstery was dirty. The rugs were dirty as well. The bathroom needs to be updated and faucets repaired. When you turn the shower on, it whistles for about a minute before it stops.

I liked that the property was close to the beach.

The indoor pool was closed early one night. The splash pad was not running. After checking in, our room door was left open by staff. There were dirty linens on the floor from the last guest. Cleanliness could've been better. Location is only walkable to a few locations. Paying for parking seemed to be a cash grab for the hotel.

The location was pretty good, we did drive everywhere. The beach was a 10 minute walk from our building. The bed was very comfortable. Check in and check out were easy.

The staff was not very accommodating and a bit cold. Our room looked clean BUT we had 3 roaches the size of American quarters! We were afraid to leave our suitcases or purses open! We didn't want to bring those back home with us! We called the hotel to report it but they never got back to us about the issue. Not sure if roaches are common in the hot weather but they were unnerving.

The room was beautiful, clean, and had a lot of kitchen supplies.

I don't agree with the $9.00 daily parking fee. We also had noisy neighbors that were loud one night.
