My only negative comment, which really is nothing that is the property’s fault, is the noise from the traffic that rides by. At night, you can hear people with loud cars and motorcycles zooming up and down every so often though it’s not enough of a deterrent to make me not want to stay here again in the future.

The property was very clean. The room had great features like a stocked kitchenette, dining area and porch. We watched the fireworks from the comfort of our room. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. Parking was in the back of the building underneath/through the bottom of the building. The view of the beach was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and super responsive.

Please DON'T take this as me complaining. Would have loved an alarm clock and a list of restaurants in the area. I hate to use my phone.

Loved the rooms they were clean and spacious. The staff was great. Nice to know it is family run. My husband and I stayed two nights in one room. We decided to stay another night, and the owner was very accommodating. I know my husband and I will become regulars every year. GREAT JOB!!

The room was. Very nice, spacious, and decorated very well for the vibe of being at the beach. We would stay here again. Only thing I might do different is to request a 3rd floor balcony as the folks above us were like draft horses walking on wood floors up there :).. it didnt detract from our stay, however. We just knew they were there. 😀

I liked everything about Atlantic Breeze, although I was disappointed by the lack of establishments that were open due to it being off season.

I found Atlantic Breezed to be located in a very convenient location with easy access to the finish line of the Eastern States 20 miler. The room was very comfortable, clean and had nice decor

We loved everything

It was beautiful!!! The staff isn’t there at the time we arrived but they made it very easy to get into the building and our room. We were so impressed with this place. I knew there was a coffee maker but wasn’t sure kind so didn’t know what type of coffee to bring and I forgot to get half and half. I got into the room and it was a k-cup coffee maker and they had plenty of k cups, sugar and half and half there. The ocean is right there across the street so we were able to listen to the ocean all night. I can’t say enough good about this place. We will definitely be back!!

the website made it look like the room was overlooking the direct ocean from the pictures. however once we arrived, we were in the back of the building looking at the marsh.

I liked the fact that the hotel provided complimentary beach chairs and umbrella as well as beach toys for the kids and a beach wagon. The hospitality of the employees and the cleanliness of the room were very good. Pre- check in was a great idea. The decor of the rooms bring an inviting feeling and relaxing atmosphere.

We had no cable TV in our room. Our daughter was disappointed. A staff member tried to fix it but was unsussful. For the amount we paid, we should have all amenities available to us, and staff did offer anything for our inconvenience.

We loved how clean the facility was. We enjoyed that we could watch the sunrise from our balcony. The bed was comfortable.

Great location- close enough to all that Hampton Beach has to offer but far enough for some quiet time too. The room was very comfortable and made our stay so easy. We ate out for some meals but had everything needed to have some meals in too.

The location was better than originally thought; much closer, but far enough to avoid the crowds and noise. The contactless check-in and out worked flawlessly.
