There were two problems that should be addressed for future guests. The biggest issue was the lack of water pressure in the bathroom - hardly any water in the shower and poor flushing toilet. The second was that the garage door opener didn't work - nor did the replacement.

Road construction outside of the East tower was a bit distracting, but not too bad. The check in and check out process was a little frustrating and confusing. We booked through Booking.com, but the property was managed through Vacasa. We were getting info through Booking.com, had to download the Vacasa App to get more info there, as well as receiving emails and written instructions in our check in envelope. We were constantly trying remember where to find different information. We’re pretty seasoned travelers and do this kind of thing a lot, yet still struggled with instructions for this property more than we have with any other. With that said, the Vacasa staff was extremely attentive and helpful, but the process could definitely be a bit more streamlined.

Beautiful property! Pool area was very nice, great view, apartments were lovely, clean, spacious and very well equipped. They literally had anything you could possibly need.

It was very difficult to get into the unit. The keypad did not work. Many phone calls and didn’t get it fixed until the next day.

The condo was very nice. Location was excellent.

Scruffy and shabby, in need of a considerable refurbishment. Damp towels, grubby floor, leaking fridge, inadequate showers, underwear found at the side of the washing machine from a previous occupant, dated furniture and fittings, mesh screens difficult to operate, during our stay we had multiple visits from the locations staff and the irrate downstairs occupant due to a leak from the apartment, this marred our holiday

The condo was filthy. Floors made our feet and socks black. Frig and dishwasher both leaked. Dryer took 140-180 minutes to dry one load.Due to lack of payment No Tv or internet Sun. and Mon.I had to stay in condo Monday to let repair man in. Then found out I didn’t need to lose a day vaca. it was fixed without needing to enter condo.Main bath toilet barely worked. Sofa bed poked & scratched Grandson due to broke wire at end of frame when bed was out. Outdoor furniture was a joke, table uneven due to rusted legs, love seat had a cushion waaaay to small for it and it needed repair. Very disappointed considering the price.

We were told to go to the main office to get the keys in the lock box and they code given to us was not it. We weren't able to get the keys until the next morning when the office opened. It was not a pleasant experience. They were to get back with us and we haven't heard from anyone.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable with very thin mattresses. When we arrived, the internet and tv were not working. It took us multiple phone calls to get the problem fixed -- three days into our stay. The elevator outside the until was not functioning throughout the stay and we had to either use the stairs or another elevator located on the other side of the property.

The view from the room was as advertised and it had a nice deck overlooking the park next door with ocean view.

Could have been able to get into the room after driving for 8-9 hours and we couldn’t get in and than given directions to a location that was closed and than still not being able to get into the room for a couple of hours and than no place to park

People who didn’t even work there were rude and argumentative and then when I went to the staff, they were rude and said they were afraid of them people and then after that, they tried bullying us and picking on us my vacation was horrible when I was at the place. It was only good when I was not there. The pool area was not fun. The people were rude.

We ended up renting a golf cart. Having to pick up and return the gate opener may pose a problem if you are planning to walk everywhere. Would have been nice to have someone meet us at property.

This was a beautifully decorated condo. Each room had its own access to the balcony. We took some amazing groom photos at this location. Everything was clean and perfect. We would stay here again.

Very inconvenient getting in to the building when first getting there. Also only 1 key making it difficult for one of my party to get in after her flight was delayed due to weather.

Only had one key to get into the building and we had 6 people in our group. But we managed.

Super quiet. Awesome pool and view . Very safe and secure. Very convenient to everything.. staff and management were superb.

Having to stop at a separate location to pick up keys was a little frustrating - especially since parking at the office was quite difficult.

We LOVED this place! The view of the ocean was stunning and the balcony goes on forever!! Everything was well thought of including the popsicles in the freezer for the kids!

We were pleased that Coconut Palms was able to accommodate our day-of reservation on Saturday, April 9 due to our flight being cancelled. I booked the reservation and received the confirmation email at 2:39pm. The email stated check-in was at 4:00pm and that another email would follow with additional check-in instructions. We arrived at the rental office at 5:30pm to pick up the keys but the office had closed. The email with additional check-in instructions, including how to access the keys after the office was closed, had not yet arrived. I called the Vacasa number listed in the email and the agent seemed confused about our reservation. She had trouble locating it even though I provided the confirmation number listed in the email. I was put on hold numerous times. After eventually locating our reservation the agent said that she needed to verify my identity. After a lengthy process to verify my identity she provided the code to access the box containing the key to the rental property. The code successfully opened the box, however there was no envelope with our name on it containing a key. The agent said she’d try to contact someone local to Key West to bring us the key. Eventually she was able to reach someone local and then we waited for them to drive to the office to give us the key. After a long day of travelling with my toddler and baby, this experience was stressful to say the least. I would expect issues such as these to arise had we booked a more budget-friendly rental, but not for $1,770 for 2 nights. We also paid an additional $120 for a late check-out. Any consideration for a partial refund would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. Kellie Beranek

Would love easier access like key cards other than having only two key holders to enter the building. Was tougher to coordinate.

We had a code to punch into our room, but we still had to go pick up a physical key to actually get into the building. It seemed pointless having a code at all then for the room.

There were extra towels to use. Beach was within walking distance (under 10min). Parking was easy. There was a full size fridge in the kitchen.
