Water pressure in shower not so great! Parking very tight. Beach chairs not included in price for connivence. Breakfast okay but should have real food like waffles bacon eggs toast. No elevator have to walk 4 flights of stairs with luggage etc. I’ve only available on lower level.

The location and parking excellent. The breakfast was okay for price should have a bigger variety! Also location and rooftop and pool area great! Room very clean. Water pressure in shower not so good but served its purpose was hot but very weak pressure for bathing. Also wish chairs for beach were included in motive of room.

The only thing we didn't like was the rule of not being allowed outside on the property past 9 PM. It would be nice to sit out by the pool or rooftop terrace on a nice evening at the price we paid per night. On day 3 it seemed they allowed people to relax and have a glass of wine on the terrace. Maybe the staff decided to allow those who were respectful and quiet and monitor for noise. We enjoyed listening to the waves, talking and relaxing on those evenings.

Refrigerator in room was too small. Much too small.

Staff is very attentive and friendly. New upgrades are fantastic!! Outdoor area is very nice. My husband loved the coffee machine in our room.

No elevator was annoying as our room was on the top floor. The bathroom in the room was so tiny that it was hard to move around & close the door. Breakfast could have been better stocked.

The oceanfront location was great & large rooftop deck was a great place to hang out.

The receptionist on the afternoon shift on Sunday September 8,she call me like crazy and live a voicemail saying my credit card was denied and call me immediately your card has been denied maybe you don’t have found in your card,that was unnecessary came down and put the same card on file and payment was made

The bathroom was really, really small and the parking was really tight.

Very friendly welcoming staff. Our room was small, but nice and very conveniently located close to the lobby on the first floor. Very convenient for me because I am physically handicapped. The walk in shower was a plus. The free wine and cheese as well as the cookies 🍪 were great.

The beds were very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well.

We really liked the location. We were right along the beach and only a mile from the boardwalk. We really enjoyed the option of swimming in a pool but the best part was the chocolate chip cookies at night. They were delicious!

Room was a little tight and the toilet was much too low and small. Also, an elevator would have been nice. Stairwells were a tad narrow.

Very good breakfast and location. Nice touch with the wine and cheese and cookies. Ocean view and sundeck were nice. Pool and room towels were a nice touch. Parking was very convenient.

We greatly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and evening cookies, and we loved the convenience of being able to walk all around Dewey from the hotel. We also loved the ocean front view from our hotel room and the close proximity to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

The property provided a fabulous view of the ocean from the top floor! My son enjoyed the water, beach, and poolside so much, and I enjoyed the freedom to let him play while I enjoyed the chairs and hospitality! Tamika was a joy! She also helped me when I had lost something! 💕

Super accommodating and friendly. We had gotten in early and were invited to use the pool, bathrooms, and showers while we waited for the room to be ready which let us get some extra beach time.

It was abundantly clear that the staff went above and beyond to make this a lovely stay. They had cheese and crackers and wine every evening at 5pm and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies every evening at 8pm. Breakfast was also surprisingly good for a continental breakfast. I think little touches like these make the stay feel special

The steps up to the fourth floor, but hotel is going through renovations and an elevator will be installed.

Delicious breakfast each morning with multiple choices. The hotel was beachfront with easy access to the beach. The location was perfect to make short trips to other beaches and restaurants.

T.V. kept giving out had to turn off /on several times. Reboot, Toilet too small, but shower excellent. Of course the weather was too cold and windy, wasn't Atlantic's fault, mother nature, but still had a great time restaurant, mini golf and movies and a few miles from rehoboth beach and boardwark

Breakfast every day great. Cheese Crackers, and cookies especially. Staff excellent they did everything we asked and more. Nice conversations. Great location at the beach, the view awesome.
