Amazing staff, they were honestly the kindest staff we have ever come across. The rooms were tastefully decorated and amazingly clean (absolutely spotless!)

its right next to the ocean

no privacy, when you use the balcony,there is a common area right underneath and you can here people gathering there and loud voice so no privacy at all.while in your room you can clearly here people walking above,i think it due to the materials used to build this building.

The location and parking excellent. The breakfast was okay for price should have a bigger variety! Also location and rooftop and pool area great! Room very clean. Water pressure in shower not so good but served its purpose was hot but very weak pressure for bathing. Also wish chairs for beach were included in motive of room.

We absolutely loved the location. Close enough to restaurants and shops to walk, but far enough that you don't hear the "noise" in town. The facility was beautiful and the proximity to the beach was perfect for families with children that want to bounce between the pool and the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The other guests were very pleasant and mostly considerate of "quiet times". We stayed in a "dune view" room, which was nice to be able to jump out of the pool and grab snacks or items for the kids quickly.

My only complaint was the size of the bathroom. There wasn't a ton of space and the toilet was basically against the wall, and toilet paper holder was pretty much on your lap. Seems silly, but it was more annoying than anything. I'm aware this is a preference thing, so this has no influence on my "scoring" of the overall facility, and could have just been the room we were in.

Great location with easy access to the beach and surrounding restaurants and shops.

The only thing we didn't like was the rule of not being allowed outside on the property past 9 PM. It would be nice to sit out by the pool or rooftop terrace on a nice evening at the price we paid per night. On day 3 it seemed they allowed people to relax and have a glass of wine on the terrace. Maybe the staff decided to allow those who were respectful and quiet and monitor for noise. We enjoyed listening to the waves, talking and relaxing on those evenings.

We really enjoyed the lounge on the 4th floor. It felt like a cruise ship. The ability for my 82 yo mother to enjoy the water without having to go to the beach was awesome.

The beds are very squeaky. They made noise when moving or getting in or out.

Staff is very attentive and friendly. New upgrades are fantastic!! Outdoor area is very nice. My husband loved the coffee machine in our room.

Refrigerator in room was too small. Much too small.

We have been coming to the Atlantic View Hotel for many years and enjoyed it. It is now better than ever! The patio has been newly furnished and extended. There are fire pits to keep you warm on a cool night. Comfortable lounges are also available for family and friends to enjoy their meals together with relaxed conversations. Beautiful yellow umbrellas are over the chaise lounges with a towel provided at the pool. The first floor rooms have added privacy and views of the natural grasses and flowers has been enhanced. The rooms have been modernized with large walk in showers and pocket doors. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The room balcony now has a counter table. Cold and hot breakfasts are provided as well as savory and sweet treats, iced tea and alcoholic beverages in the evening. Everything has been updated from the inside out. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The accessibility to the beach is excellent with towels and chairs provided. The entrance to the hotel lobby has been enhanced by a ramp and automatic doors. The parking lot now has electric car chargers and a beautiful wooden fence and lighting. The Atlantic View Hotel is aesthetically very pleasing and is a wonderful getaway destination.

Sink not in bathroom, no microwave, refrigerator very small.

I loved the location and the modern style. The staff was very friendly!

My two biggest things would be that there is no elevator and no microwave in the rooms.

The oceanfront location was great & large rooftop deck was a great place to hang out.

No elevator was annoying as our room was on the top floor. The bathroom in the room was so tiny that it was hard to move around & close the door. Breakfast could have been better stocked.
