The initial direction to get in. All the keys were in our room. The directions were a little confusing and could have been simplified but other than that everything else was pretty self explanatory.

We never went in the front lobby or gym. We did take our small dog to the dog area on the 5th floor near the pool area to the designated dog area which was clean. The pool and workout facilities looked really clean as well. Even though our window was facing the street we were 15 floors up so the street noise wasn’t bad at all. I would stay there again. I had other family members that stayed at Nativio off 35 by the holiday inn and our place was just as nice for not quiet as much per night.

Service. I stayed for a month and they didn’t arrange for paid cleaning until I asked. No tools provided either. My keycards were also deactivated 3 weeks into my stay which was quite a hassle

No place to store luggage. We checked out at 11:00 am and had and afternoon flight.

Breathtaking view. Very clean. Centrally located. Friendly front desk staff. Great dining in about a two block radius. The Colorado River walk is less than two blocks away and then moody Theatre is a block away.

It was too hard and cumbersome to get in to the building and the apartment. Too many codes and passwords, needs to be simplified somehow.

Top location and the view from our room and balcony was exceptional. Spacious modern apartment and very quite. We loved it!

We were informed about the construction across the street but not that it would be going on at 1am which happened one night that we were there. I really wish there were darker blinds in the bedroom; the outside lights kept me awake until I remembered I had a sleep mask from the flight. Recommend using the sleep machine that is provided even if it's quiet when you go to sleep. I'm assuming the construction across the street will be finished in the near future and then this place will be the perfect place to stay!

The location was great for walking places in downtown Austin. We were close to our daughter and coffee shops/restaurants and other attractions. We loved having the kitchen for morning coffee/breakfast. We also were really happy to have the washer/dryer so we didn't have to pack as much and could do laundry during the week we were there. The place was clean and safe.

The key - plastic card - did not work in the elevator, had to ask other people in the building to help. Guys helping us said that casa visitors often struggle with key cards. Construction side kicked in next morning and it became a bit noisy.

The elevator security system was very slow to respond and the closest decent grocery store was a bit far to access on foot.

Modern, clean apartment in an excellent location with good restaurants easily accessible on foot. The kitchen was well equipped and in good condition. Museums and restaurants were within easy walking distance.

The apartment was quite nice, but the towels were a bit worn, with one having a large spot where there was not chenille and there was a large yellow spout on the nice rug in the living room. Housekeeping had placed the coffee table over the spot so that it would not be noticeable.

The location of the apartment was excellent, due to being within walking distance of all the things we wanted to do and see in downtown Austin.

Parking garage is finicky. Make sure you read all instructions on access before you arrive and leave. I didn’t realize I had to fill out a form before we checked into the unit so I did it on the drive here. Accidentally gave my other cars license plate number and unfortunately I put the exit access key in the lock box by mistake, so ended up having to pay for a lost key because no one is on site which was an additional $72.each key is assigned to your license plate

The front desk was really nice and it was easy to get upstairs and relax. We could also walk any places from the apartment. First time ever to be at this apartment.

It was nice view. Across the street there was a massive building being remodeled so it was a bit loud in the morning but the apartment was nice!

Initial Parking instructions were very confusing. I think fewer emails would be helpful. It was hard to figure out which one had the information you were looking for while driving. Also a better description of the unit you reserved would be good. ( # of beds and baths). And it would have been helpful to know you will be facing a construction site if you are a light sleeper.

The location is fantastic and the Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and the coffee was very good.
