Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The workout room had no sanitizing wipes or anything to wipe down the equipment after use. This is standard in gyms and makes you realize how unsanitary it is.
Staff was very friendly. I liked that it had a full sized refrigerator

The breakfast wasn't hot. The waffles were great. Would have like some bacon and some bakery items. Also maybe some flavor coffee creamer. But it was enough to eat for sure. Also the ice machine was broke on my floor. 5th floor

Breakfast was not great with “premade” egg shapes instead of scrambled. Stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came during our stay. Limited trash cans in rooms.

Had a room on the first floor and it was a little noisy.

The pool didn’t seem like anything special and wasn’t that clean but it was a great stay besides that.
My husband and I spent a long weekend in Texas for a bachelor/ bachelorette trip and decided to end our stay with a couple of days at the Home2 Suites. The room was much larger than we expected and clean! I lost my voice and the front desk made me MULTIPLE cups of tea and asked how I was doing whenever I saw them. They also have a tea station in the lobby. Super nice staff we would stay here again.

The booking.com rate that I received vs what they had at the hotel was different and the person checking us in basically gave us no option except to pay the additional money or cancel the reservation. Obviously we needed a place to stay so we paid it and then waited to talk to the manager the next day before checking out. It was corrected, but the gal checking us in didn't offer to leave a note for the manager or have the manager contact us when they arrived the next day. The manager explained why the rate was messed up and fixed it. The staff should be educated so they can offer an explanation.
The location was perfect. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay. There is a ton of room for working or spreading out. The sofa and kitchen is a nice addition. This is our 3rd time staying at this property and we will stay there again.

the bath fan was loud, but they could not resolve the issue. the booking.com site said the stay was $100 per night but I was charged $111. Why should I ever use Booking again?

Well ,when I check in Hotels I always check the bed for hair on sheets and did have hair I took pic's the front desk said cleaning people had left so I asked for clean sheets and changed it myself 2 days later they took the trash and my dirty clothes thinking it was trash but they found it.

The breakfasts still not up to par. The different breakfast sandwiches looked like they had been out for a while. The one I selected, the biscuit was stale and the meat didn’t look right.
We’ve stayed here a couple of times and the staff is always friendly and professional, the hotel and our room were clean, and we had no problem parking.
