I could say with out a doubt they could do better with cleaning & maybe wiping down walls in the rooms when needed my first room had hair in the bathroom wall wasn’t appealing & room just smelt funky 8th floor , I then asked for a different room in which that one was better went down to 4th floor and I can’t complain much about the cleaning on that room my biggest complaint would be I notice the top of the wall where the Tv is placed seem to look like Mold to the eye . But not sure

Needs a small renovation in the room, but overall nothing major. Shower broke, but I could fix by myself.

Location was excellent. Pool was awesome. There's a startbucks (ish) + convenience store which helped a lot. Pool bar very interesting as well.

The staff were rude Requested our room to be cleaned 3 days in a row and was just ignored then they just dumped clean towels outside our door! There was also some strange goings on in The hot tub between a couple in front of families in the pool. It was left with some unknown suspect substances in the hot tub which was disgusting!!

Customer service was horrible. It took me over an hour just to get checked in. I prepaid before arriving, yet I was charged for the stay + deposit. The next morning, I went to get this fixed & it never was. I have reached out multiple times left VM & no response from the hotel.

No towels by the pool, the hot tub is small compared to the amount of pool space so it gets crowed fast. The front desk couldn’t tell me if the market where breakfast is served at the towers, was open the next morning or not which makes it a little inconvenient to travelers, if it’s not open you have to walk from the towers to the main lobby for breakfast that is not free. Only a problem for the tower rooms.

The pool stays open later than most, until 11 pm and this was a weekday. The room was large and clean.

The maintenance needs work. Had a couple things happen while there and took forever to get someone to fix it. Such as toilet got stopped up I told them about it was told will b fixed in 15 minutes when we got back to room 2 hours later nobody had come to fix it had to call front desk and send my husband to the front desk to finally get someone to fix it 3 hours later. Plus the blind in the room could not be pulled up or down all maintenance did was pull it down instead of fixing the problem.

Beautiful rooms, near attractions, pool is big, has a bar. Great price.

I didn't like our room too much. I feel they could do better. It looks like they tried to remodel it, but whoever did the remodeling did a bad job looks like cheap work. Also, when we came up to go into our room, the hallway smelled like mold. Also, from time to time, it smelled like cigarettes. It was as if one of the guests was smoking in the room because it was pretty strong. The light in our bathroom where the tub & toilet is located was not working. The light kept flickering. We had to shower & use the bathroom with the door open & use the lights coming in from the door entrance. I hope you guys do a little better towards the room . I feel they focused too much on the lobby to look nice when the rooms should be the most important part because thats where we sleep at & spend time in.

I liked the pool area. I liked how the lobby looked as you came in to check in.

The wait at reception to check in was quite a while but I did notice that they are hoping to do self check in, in the future. Some of the room decor seemed a little unfinished, ceiling stucco.

Room size was bigger than most, our room was in the tower, great views across the night sky.
