Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

As with all hotels, the amount of bleach they use to clean their sheets. As I've gotten older, I've noticed my skin becomes very dry and sensitive. I wake up with dry, patchy skin and a puffy face. The bed was not that comfortable as well.
Check in was easy and the room was ready when we arrived. The room was clean and so was the rest of the Hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s located across the street from UC Irvine Hospital and so the ambulances were nonstop. I sleep with a white noise machine and couldn’t hear them over that, but at all other times, it was heard and a little annoying.
Great location for Angels games (walkable) and Disneyland. Free parking! Restaurant on site, super clean bathroom and room. Pool and hottub were clean, well maintained, looks like the lounge chairs are all brand new.

Low shower head, bottom of tub is much higher than floor so it’s a tripping hazard, noisy neighbors at 1 am (not the hotel’s fault)

On Saturday, while some in our room were still sleeping, I came to the lobby to read and relax. The ladies at the front desk were talking about some drama for a long time that really took away the relaxing time I was trying to have.
The facilities were great! Having a restaurant attached to the hotel was very convenient especially after a long day of driving. The breakfasts were really good! The jacuzzi was great also!

We're pretty picky. Everything was just fine as our pre-Disney crash pad before relocating the 9-minute drive into Mickey prices, noise, fun madness. Zero complaints 👌
9 minute drive from our Disney destination hotel. We enjoy not wasting money. This lovely hotel was 1/2 the price of the Grand Legacy which is directly across from the Disney front gate. Staying at ALO allowed us to arrive late, but super close, to Disneyland, enjoy a relaxing evening before the Expensive Disney days and noise. ALO is the perfect pit stop. The ALO restaurant served a delightful breakfast, included in the price, and a dinner menu. We did not feel like the fancy ALO menu for dinner with our long drive, late arrival SO, Wendy's is directly next door. Grabbed something light and enjoyed it in our ALO room. We will stay here again when in the area.

I enjoyed being driving distance to Disneyland Resort and Honda Stadium. The room was pretty spacious for the price and the TV had good variety of channels.

Coffee could be better and needs a real cup not styrofoam.
Very enjoyable stay. Bed was comfortable, Room was clean. Good workspace in the room. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausages, fruit, yoghurt, etc). Location is great.

I honestly don’t have anything bad to say aside from being able to hear luggage roll at night.
The location is perfect, we went to Disney Land for the day and our uber ride was only 5 minutes! Very clean, staff was friendly and attentive! My son was thrilled that we were on the 6th floor too. We left before we could get breakfast but I love that breakfast was included in the stay.

Pillows. Too soft - felt like my head sank right down to the hard bed. Didn’t sleep well and woke up with a headache.
Clean, bed fairly comfortable, good lighting in the bathroom. Breakfast was fine with the choices offered.
