Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Maybe alittle bit more water pressure in the shower. But it was kinda in the middle of nowhere.
It was a small motel/apartments. It was clean quiet mostly used by workers that rented by the week or month. There was a new large screen tv, 2 queen beds, decorated nicely.

The only thing I can say I didn't care for was that the gate was locked on the inside so we couldn't go out to our car at a certain time. I understand it's security or whatever but there should be a way that the people staying there should be able to come and go as they please and not feel like a prisoner

Maintenance wasn’t great - very worn carpet, shower only dribbled, wall patch wasn’t painted, toilet paper holder was fell off wall.
Breakfast was good, though spicier than some might hope. Staff moved us without hassle when first room smelled like smoke.

The shower head is too low The floor was clean every day but it had streaks showing, like the rinsing water needs to be changed more often The towels definitely need to go and get new towels
The bed and pillows and breakfast was excellent Papas a la mexicana, beans, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and flour tortillas . ALL GOOD I would definitely stay there again but inside the main building, thank you

Two of the electrical outlets in our room didn't work, which was a problem, with all the gadgets we had to charge. The breakfast bar was minimal, and not well presented.
Price and value, lovely lobby and entryway. This is obviously an older building getting a face lift and upgrade. It's primary market is working men, and it was very nice for the price

The room was clean but it was an older building without many of the more modern amenities, that said did have a mini fridge and microwave, even a little coffee maker. The desk chair was not the best, But you get what you can if you make an emergency stop in the middle of the night. Did I mention the manager helped us with our luggage and, made sure we were on the ground floor next to the exit. And always held the door for us!!!
The night manager was the best!! We hadn't planned on stopping, but things don't always go to plan. The manager made a value hotel, a 5 star stay. My wife and I were both exhausted, and we are both disabled. We've stayed in 5 star hotels before, and the service was comparable if not better.

This motel could be soooo much nicer but some loving care and a deep cleaning needs to happen asap! Bathroom counter, sink, bottom and around the toilet and tub could have been much cleaner.
The price is right when finding housing for work on a budget. It IS quiet, the mattress was VERY comfortable but the pillows could be more so. The breakfasts are wonderful and the staff is amazing. Stellar! If you have an issue they'll solve it post haste!! I don't think I've ever seen owners and their employees so eager to please their guests. 👏 👏 👏

There was a dirty diaper left in our room from a previous guest, so it made me question the cleanliness of the room.
