The door codes are a little long. While I love not having to keep up with a key a ten digit code was hard to remember. Also the pools and hot tubs needed someone to skim the tops some. By night there was tons of stuff floating in them.

The room was spacious and great view. I love the beach being lit up at night in front of the resort. I love the number of pools and hot tubs!

The hallway leading to out unit had an odor and the parking garage had narrow spaces and getting in and out of it was also tight .

The resort was great, we enjoy the comfort of being able to be at the beach after our son’s baseball games and able to grab food and drinks at the grill there which the food for bar food was good. The prices were fair too. Our property was ok it had an smell in the kitchen area which we could never figure out and the unit was narrow but for the 4 of us it was good for the weekend but I wouldn’t be able to say it work for a week visit.

I went down stairs to use the pool inside and there were cock roaches crawling around the lazy river.

The staff was very unfriendly, at both check in & check out. The microwave needed to be cleaned, and there was a toenail on our nightstand 🤢 I also really wish there were ice machines available somewhere, and I think the property could use some upgrading for sure. Our room had carpet & several rust spots. I know it’s hard not to have rust in such a moist environment, but it could’ve used some cosmetic upgrades.

Light in the bedroom has a short, popped a breaker. Was not fixed or addressed when told about it. Anything metal is severely rusted, and patio door glass seal is broken and rusted inside the glass panes. The hallway smelled like animal pee, just glad the door seal was good.

Great on sight restaurants, view was wonderful. Location good too.

The door didn’t have a deadbolt that worked, so essentially if someone knew the code to our door keypad, it would’ve been easy to enter and the mattress was a little uncomfortable

Room was outdated, price was high for the quality of the hotel. Needs to be upgraded in hallways/rooms. The parking garage needs to have a separate exit it is too tight for vehicles to be exiting and entering the same way. Should not have a sign that says stop load/unload by the main entrance. when we arrived and stopped like the sign said we were told we needed to move up to the parking spaces. Sign needs to say to load/unload ahead. It was misleading and not a good first impression.

Location was great, clean rooms was clean, water pressure was wonderful and I like they give you a pump bottle of hand soap not little bars.

My main complaint is that there is no ramp access to the beach - only stairs. It was extremely hard maneuvering a wheelchair up and down the stairs, and we spoke to other families with the same complaint because they had wagons full of stuff for their day at the beach.

It had a beautiful view of the ocean. The rooms were clean. The pools were nice. We had to have a beach wheelchair for my 86-year-old grandma, and front desk staff member Micah was incredibly helpful and wonderful when it came to finding a place to store it for the week since it wouldn’t fit in our room.

Shower, bathroom sink and sink in kitchenette did not drain good. Carpet in room was old and not clean, was damp and sticky. I would recommended changing the carpeting.

Loved sitting on the balcony, pretty good view, slept well in the bed. Staff was professional and pleasant. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant was deliscious.

Cons ~ BayWatch needs more elevators in the parking garage. You either wait in line sometimes or take the stairs. The parking garage is seven floors. Plus, they need more carts to carry your luggage and belongings. Making several trips up and down the elevator to take our stuff up is tiresome. We stayed on August 2nd for the week, and it was extremely busy. Too busy for us.

Pros ~ BayWatch was a great place. Definitely family oriented. Something for everyone - indoor and outdoor hot tubs, lazy rivers, and swimming pools. On-site restaurants. Easy access to the beach.

The mattress wasn’t as firm as we would have liked. There was also a slight odor when we first entered the room, but we quickly got used to it and didn’t notice it afterward.
