Hotels should adopt “true fees” was asked for a $50 deposit for incidentals at check in, assumed that may have been taken care of thru booking but was not for sure, & I understand that it’s standard like anywhere. But when they ran my card for it it was 3x the $50 fee. A hold that will be on my card for over a week. Just put the $50 deposit on the check in and return it later. $155 surprise at check in at 1230am isn’t fun.

Easy to get to, clean and up to date. We arrived late after our event and I walked in and the staff member already had my stuff ready to go. Was very convenient. Figured I was one of the last to check in for the day.

The breakfast was a little lacking. Muffins were stale. No other pastry selection. Hot food was only lukewarm. Great hot coffee and waffles!

The doors to the rooms had smudge marks and gave the appearance that it may be dirty. If you used a magic eraser to tidy up the doors, it will go a long way in improving the looks. First impressions are everything

Pool has hour restrictions. There is no lifeguard on duty EVER so this should not be restricted like it is. *Maybe change your rule “from sunrise to sunset”. I love to wake up early and take a swim. At like 7-730, not 9am.

The only down side was that they very limited dining room seating. We ate a little later to avoid the crowds. The hotel was filled to capacity.

The location was very good. It was centrally located, and very close to the entertainment, shopping and restaurant venues. This was our second stay here and it was as wonderful as the first.

Clean hotel, real breakfast and not the prepackaged stuff. Orange juice and apple juice tasted store bought and not like other hotels that have a weird cardboard taste. Staff was very friendly and the Mexican restaurant next door was tasty!!

The entire appeared to be very clean and well maintained. The walk-in shower was spacious with great water pressure. The room has excellent amenities including a large television with a wonderful selection of channel offerings. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The heating/air conditioning unit was quiet and in working order. Breakfast dining was very clean, well organized, with a variety of hot and cold food options. Overall, we had an EXCEPTIONAL stay.

The bed was just slightly uncomfortable for me. I like my bed more on the firmer side and there's were more to the softer side, but that's literally the only knock I can say about my stay

Room was nice and clean. I was there for nearly a week for a family funeral. Was there longer than I had planned. They extended the stay without any issue and even gave me a bereavement discount. (I didn't taste the breakfast so I can't comment on it)

We only had 2 towels in the bathroom. Granted we only stayed for 1 night, but it would have been nice to have a fresh towel for our morning shower. But this is nit picking. I'm sure if I would have went to the front desk and asked for 2 more towels they would have been provided. I was just being lazy.

It was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. I also bought a few sodas from their market and they were very reasonably priced.

The staff who checked us in were super nice. Both the hotel lobby & our room were both very clean. The hotel is nice & updated. We stayed there to go to a concert and we were less than 10 minutes from the venue, which was perfect.
