Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms feel outdated and old. Our room had a tub that was stained, a little bit of a mildew smell, and a few dirty dishes.
We love that this property has rooms right next to the pools- oh and so many pool options! Indoor, outdoor, and an outdoor kiddie pool!

The staff went above-and-beyond to be accommodating. They were kind and made last-minute changes for us as our plans were fluid (story of our life!). Being able to bring our dog was such a bonus. Having the pool and beach access was great on the hot summer days.

The not well maintained floors in the indoor pool. Needs some new clean tiles or some sort of non fungus flooring. Doesn't look like it gets cleaned everyday

My only complaint was with the vending machines, but the property isn't responsible for them. The ones in the lobby don't take cards and they're very picky about your money. I had to go to the arcade and use the change machine in order to get something from the vending machine. I only had a ten-dollar bill, so it was a bit inconvenient to end up with so much change. Lol!
Fantastic location. Great place for families. This would be an ideal place to stay for a longer trip since you have a kitchen in the room. The splash pad is great for toddlers. Beds were decent, no complaints about the property. It's older but not gross.

The hotel is somewhat outdated and the floor was not mopped carefully. My wife wiped down the laminate flooring with some chlorox wipes near the entrance door and quite some material was picked up. Other than that it was clean.
The staff was friendly and facilities great for a family. Plenty of amenities like towels as well.

That we asked for bath towels and the cleaning staff told us to go to the front desk. We got pool towels. One of the pool out couches bedding was not changed.

The pools are small and do not accommodate a large number of people. It was difficult to access the outside pool as people go out and camp out there all day. And with the inflatables left in the pool, there really was no room to use the outdoor pool. I thought there would be more beach space but that was small too.
I liked that the property was on Lake Delton and that there were indoor and outdoor pool options. The hotel is very close to attractions in the Dells and in a quiet location. Parking was convenient and plentiful.

The patio off our room had rotten wood where there was an actual hole in the wall. Also the bathroom door doesn't lock.
Love the location on the lake! The grandkids loved the kiddie splash pool.

The staff was great! The rooms and location was amazing. I only docked a star due to cleanliness but in their defense they are very short staffed, so all in all 8/10. We will return and get the word out this place was great

Having to go to the front to grab pool towels. Within our hotel the only down side was the microwave was on top of the fridge. No issues for my husband who's almost 6ft tall vs me who's almost 5ft tall.
All the amenities that it offered. Great secluded area. It was a plus finding out we were by two park areas, decent for fishing. Had shows/performances at night by the fireplace every night, made it all the cooler. Also, very close to everything on the main road without the constant noise of traffic. Would def. come back!

Hands down the most uncomfortable beds. I rented two rooms for family & after night two none of us could move. The pillows are pretty much non existent. We loved everything about this place but honestly the sleeping situation was brutal.
Absolutely loved everything this resort had to offer inside and out. Kids should never get bored here. Even us big kids had lots of fun. Great pool, hot tub, sauna, kayaking, sand volleyball , play area with swings for kids, fire pit, & more.
