Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesWe would have liked the ability to rent beach lounge chairs at a discounted rate as guest of the resort. We asked if we could rent for a couple of hours in the afternoon, but were told that we would have to pay for a full day, which we did. It would appear that the beach chair/umbrella concession is run independently of the resort. Howver, it would be good if an agreement could be reached to accommodate guests of the resort.
Very friendly staff and eager to serve. Perfect location being just a few hundred yards from the ferry terminal.

United StatesThe only thing is they did not provide hand soap in the room and I was hit by a flying umbrella on the beach and they were not equipped with first aid/alcohol wipes or anything to clean up the cut on my ankle.

United StatesEverything including cans of water were very expensive with an across the board 18% “tip fee.” The lounge chairs cost $30/day and small plastic beach chairs were $21! Even though it was end of season and we were basically the only people on the beach! The good chef must have left already and after eating there one day, we found other nearby better places to eat all meals.
The staff, all from other countries, were great, friendly and helpful. The property is an easy walk from the island ferry. The ocean was beautiful but the sharp fall off at high tide kept us out of the water. The room was roomy and clean but the “water view” was on outside on the balcony looking to the right. No elevator and no bellmen was a bit tricky for us 3 “older”ladies. The front desk person/bellman/pool furniture monitor/ manager was a great and helpful young man! He made the stay more enjoyable!!

United StatesBooked a room w balcony, said I didn’t…so I don’t know if hotel or this site. Not happy when I got there. Food was mediocre had to send back things… bacon undercooked as well as steak. Music way too loud in the morning while eating.
