Breakfast outdoors was outstanding with one little issue…lots of bees buzzing around the table. Bann might need to invest in a screen.

They need hair conditioner in the shower. A refrigerator in the room. The need to block off guests room when they host loud parties which was very annoying to us. The Nespresso machine was replaced with Vodka bottles so we could not make our morning coffee. The community refrigerator was stuffed very full from the noisy loud prep party the night before our stay ended. The chairs at breakfast are extremely uncomfortable.

The attention to details. My favorite thing was the lovely suprise of fresh flowers and chocolates every day. And the breakfasts were phemoninal - prepared by a gourmet chef on site. The view too - absolutely incredible.

The 8-10 rooms are an 'L' building, we were in the inside corner. Our room was extremely dark, little outdoor lighting. Side chairs & a bench, but No comfortable relaxing seating in the room; not a nice room to relax. Outside has many nice seating clusters around the site.

Staff was great. Location is perfect. Entire place was empty our 1st night. Other nights had about half the rooms empty. I read comments about noise, it was empty so we didn't experience any noise. Staff was responsive to texts pre-stay and during stay.

A Private intimate setting but close proximity to wineries and Napa downtown. The small number of rooms allows a comfortable amount of distance and space and at times we had the entire place to ourselves. The breakfast is incredible and the service was excellent.

Staff was approachable, nice therapeutic place to destress. The only slight down was I was asking for a lemon slice from the staff wouldn’t give few slices of lemon for my water, rather than that food was superb!

"A Perfect Getaway for Our Family!" We recently stayed at Bann at Oak Knoll, and my amazing husband and wonderful mother both fell in love with this place! Accommodations: The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, providing a cozy retreat after our daily adventures. The views of the vineyards were absolutely stunning! Dining: Breakfast was a highlight for us all! We enjoyed a delightful variety, from fresh pastries to a delicious rice porridge with shrimp. Enjoying meals on the patio added to the experience. Service: The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Location: The location was perfect for exploring Napa Valley. We had an amazing time visiting nearby wineries and soaking in the beautiful scenery. We can’t recommend Bann at Oak Knoll enough! It was the ideal getaway for our family, and we can’t wait to return!

Set in the middle of an actual vineyard, Bann is truly something special. The grounds and room are all beautiful and serene. The staff is amazingly friendly and so accommodating. I really appreciated how roomy and comfortable the rooms are. The daily breakfast is absolutely spectacular. Hands down the best included breakfast I've experienced! Thanks to amenities like complimentary snacks/tea/coffee, plenty of parking (including EV charging), a nice outdoor pool and sauna...We will definitely be back to this gem of a place!

The only downside was visiting during the rainy season. The semi-individual rooms open to a central courtyard with no covering, so we had to sprint through the rain to get to breakfast. That said, breakfast was phenomenal—huge portions, delicious, and easily enough for three people. The place felt more like a home than a hotel, and we believe the owners live there too, which was a charming surprise.

Lovely Stay in Napa We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel, just a five-minute drive from downtown Napa—easily accessible by car or Uber. The attention to detail was incredible, from the thoughtfully prepared food to the stunning interior design, even down to the wallpaper, which was actually textile! Overall, a wonderful experience—just keep the weather in mind if visiting in winter!

I truly enjoyed my stay, particularly the property's authentic Thai character. The unique breakfast menu featuring Thai fusion dishes was a delightful surprise. The spacious rooms offered beautiful vineyard views, with luxurious bathrooms featuring both a soaking tub and stunning shower. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and the exceptional service from your attentive staff made us feel truly welcomed. The combination of these amenities made for a memorable Napa Valley experience.​​​​​

They do allow guests travel with pets. There were two dogs staying in the room next to ours, their owners left them in the room alone and they cried all night until the owner came back which was after midnight. That was extremely disturbing.

It's a nice and quiet getaway resort. The room is spacious, especially the bathroom. The brunch was delicious; however, I feel the rate is a bit overpriced.

There was a constant leaking faucet and a sign that said sorry for the inconvenience; and there was no conditioner, only soap and shampoo.

I have never been made to feel so special in my life. I was treated like royalty from the minute I arrived. Everything was perfect.
