The room smelled and the balcony was a mess where people put out their cigarettes etc. windows covered with something gross. Only two plugs worked.

The bed was hard, the TV didn't work. When asked for someone to come fix it, they couldn't. The toilet paper holder broke, holes in the wall, the door knob was broken.

Not the cleanest, no trash can in room,filthy windows in room,stairwells etc. TV didnt work..parking is a nightmare. Elevator had rain pouring inside!! 1st time staying & definitely wont return.

I didn't like the fact that our TV did not work, the Wi-Fi was not strong at all and we didn't have any wash rags upon entering the room. I also was not a fan of the elevator (it didn't seem up to date) and the pool temperature (it was freezing even though it was 90 degrees outside so we couldn't enjoy it) but overall, our stay was pleasant.

I liked the seaview and I liked the fact that I felt safe there. It was a convenient location and the staff were really friendly. I'd choose this hotel for my family and I again when we decide to book a trip to Myrtle Beach again.

Dirty, the attendant would not give us a clean sheet when my child spilled her drink on the bed, the doors didn’t lock well, there was holes everywhere, mold in the doorways of our conjoined rooms, one bed had no comforter so my sister had to sleep without a blanket because the night attendant stated “they didn’t have any left.” Excuse me I spend $400 in 3days and get to sleep on a bed with no sheets and the other no blanket, air didn’t work so we had to sleep with the balcony door open all night, when I asked how much to add another night the man told me $80 for one night extra double room no balcony but when I stated online it was only $60 with resort fees and all he was shocked. The staff left dirty linen in the hallways for over 8hrs outside our doorway (wasn’t ours) terrible parking options tore the bottom of my car up going into the parking area, the pool was disgusting no one ever made an attempt to clean the hair extensions or ciggs out of it the whole time, also advertised that it had an indoor pool when in fact the hotel next door (Bermuda Sands) has the indoor pool and you have to walk two buildings down to swim -it’s owned by the same person just different hotels… the stove was falling apart, the room had a dead rat in it!

No early check-in(was made to wait till 4pm to check-in & the rooms we received were being cleaned when we arrived @ ¹2pm), internet sucked, maintenance never came to fix tv, had to look thru laundry bin myself to get clean sheets. Went down to swap 2 rooms of towels/rags & they only would give me back 1 rooms worth, had to go back later for more. Someone else's hair all over the bathroom. Rooms definitely need a deep cleaning. Customer service could be better.

The room was very dirty, I had to go buy cleaning products just to clean. I also had to buy an inflatable mattress because the pullout bed was so dirty. Everything was rusty. The staff sounded very rude and had an attitude when we checked in. The pool was never cleaned, it was full of trash.

The balcony door knob was broke and fixed with a make-shift lock. The “indoor pool” was not included with the property like listed, staff told us to go the Nextdoor hotels indoor pool which was disgusting and cold. The hot tub was lukewarm as well. The bathroom floor was warped from water damage and the bathroom door had water damage and mold. I k ow the hotel can’t control the people staying but the people around us would just throw their trash and alcohol containers off their balconies onto the ground below..

room was not the cleanest bed had no pillow cases or blankets on them. we had a leak in the room on the 2nd night. told ladies on night shift they sent someone up to see but he could not figure out why it was leaking maybe a pipe in the ceiling ladies at front desk acted like they could care less.

well check in lady was great .we were on the 4th floor so the view was great.bed slept ok strange room lay out.

Room 207 back patio door seeps air in thru the bottom of the door constantly bc it’s not properly fixed the toilet clogged rooms weren’t properly cleaned no parking after 8 night staff ain’t the best the older Jamaican lady was however very helpful the younger one could careless to be at work seemed like definitely wouldn’t bring my kids there AT ALL
