Hotel is showing it's age. Bathroom very tight quarters. Had mosquitoes inside. Same breakfast everyday. Staff not very friendly probably due to not to understanding us very well.

Nothing was overly outstanding. It was close to where we were visiting family. Was able to have 1st floor room.

The TV was cutting in and out often during a little sprinkle of rain and out of 5000 channels only like 10-20 were worth watching, maybe im picky lol

Located 20 miles from Central Houston, this hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center. It serves breakfast every morning and features an outdoor pool. Free Wi-Fi access and a flat-screen TV are available in every room at the Best Western Webster/NASA. They include a refrigerator and microwave and are furnished with a desk.

Entire bed shake when somebody walk in the room. Single pain windows transfer outside noises. Bathroom as very tight, and barely has space to close the door as the commode was close to the door.

I likes the location of the hotel. Not noisy, except you can hear people talking before bed time. Rooms were cleaned well, beds were decent. Value for the price is okay.

Room smelled moldy. Room was smaller than expected. The restroom door didn't close properly. The corners of room were dirty. The breakfast could have used some fruit such as bananas or apples.

Location was near restaurants and near attractions. Breakfast waffles were good. The staff was friendly. I didn't see any bugs during our stay.

The TV in my room didn't work - it turned on, but there was no signal for the satellite. When I turned on the shower, the handle came off. There was nothing grippy in the tub and I almost fell when I got in. The air conditioner had to be turned wayyyy down to make it come on, and without it turned far down the room was noticeably hot even at 7 AM.

The front staff, both night and morning, were very helpful and nice. Breakfast wasn't super amazing but it was cooked well and it was hot and filling (and there was actual protein instead of just a bunch of pastries which is important to me). The bed was quite comfy.

Stayed for 3 days, no cleaning done. Hotel has bad odor. Something wrong with drain. Wifi does not work at rooms far away reception. Why put overseas customers there? They need wifi. But we got other room with bad odor. Fitness room was not all machines functional. Room was dirty

Great breakfast, location is central to both NASA, Houston and ocean.

had to change room due to smell in the bathroom - reception was helpful. Breakfast hot items were suspect but waffles very nice. Swimming pool didn't look clean - scum layer on top of water - didn't risk using it.

We wondered why we did not get housekeeping in our room to start with but apparently the receptionist who checked us in should have asked us if we wanted it. This is the first hotel where we have stayed where we had to request housekeeping. The room was slightly smaller than most large kingsize but actually was adequate. The sink was in the room and bathroom with toilet was separate and quite small but was acceptable for a couple of nights, would have liked a bigger bathroom but it was very clean. No safe in the room, but iron, fridge, coffee making was okay. Yes the rooms and carpets were tired and some staining on carpets but all very clean.

The location was very good. Despite comments to the contrary, our room was very clean, admittedly the furnishings and carpet are dated and does need updating. Our room overlooked the pool and at no time could we smell chlorine. The breakfast was good, waffles, bagels, bread, small muffins, fresh oranges, breakfast bars, yoghurts, scrambled egg and sausage, fruit juice, tea and coffee aplenty. The first morning they cleared away just before 9.00am however after that every morning they asked if we were finished before clearing. Weekdays 9.00am and weekends 10.00am. We stayed 5 nights, the staff were pleasant. Our room didn't have a plug that worked in the sink, but they quickly arranged a maintenance man who replaced it.
