There were a lot of things that needed attention lie dome cover for light in bedroom, removing dead may flies smashed on walls, clean out fridge of previous guests food, replace damaged blinds on back door and check to make sure the milk for the cereal is not spoiled before you put it out for guests.

When we checked in we discovered that our toilet didn't work. We were moved immediately to another room, so that was good. However, we were wondering what would have happened if the hotel had been fully booked... what would they have done? Also, we were very unhappy about the lack of parking in town. I'm sure we aren't the only visitors to the island who are complaining about that. I understand the reasoning behind changing the parking especially in front of The Beer Barrel and other bars on main strip but it is so expensive to rent golf carts and yet it forces people to do that so that they can park.

The pool and onsite bar were convenient and great to have. Walkability to town was a plus.

Furniture in the room is worn out. Cobwebs hanging down from the lights. Bugs climbing up the walls. Daily maid service is nonexistent. Shower is small.

It was dated and needed some upgrades. There was a leak under our sink and the hair dryer didn’t work. I asked for a replacement but did not receive one.

The staff were accommodating and very friendly. The pool was small but the atmosphere was such my kids could swim there - unlike other pools at the other hotels

Uncomfortable beds, no extra towels allowed without exchanging, only one roll of toilet paper when we got there, pool music speaker right outside our window.

The apartment bathroom was small and did not have enough towel hooks and the grout in the floor needed a good scrubbing. There was no broom in the apartment to sweep floor. There was only a nightstand beside the beds. It would have been nice to have something to set our luggage on besides the floor. The refrigerator was not working; however it was replaced with a new one.

We stay here every year as it is close to town and not on a busy street. The staff is very friendly and polite. A golf cart was available per our request. When we had a concern Maintenance was quick to respond .

No coffee pot in room we weren't told about breakfast hours. So we missed breakfast and couldn't get a cup of coffee had to walk about a half mile or so to buy 2 cups of so so coffee for almost $10 a cup the taxi never showed up then after an hour and a half another taxi company happen to pull up and just randomly asked if me needed a ride luckily to get to the ferry

Lack of breakfast, running toilet, loud a/c, no warning signs the hottub had just been treated with chemicals. Our eyes,nose and skin were on fire! The golf chart was so rickety, loud and old. No bartender at the pool bar. Bathroom door was broke. Very disappointed in the price for the poor amenities.

Very poor lighting, especially in hallways. Lots of things falling apart. Whole place needs remodeling. Tape on door. Conditioner and lotion dispenser clogged. Continental breakfast pretty much non existent. Very pricey considering condition of place.

Facilities seemed clean. No weird smells. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice that you could rent golf carts there.

Location was perfect because we met family for lunch here during our stay. We also enjoyed the nature center and boardwalk for birdwatching with friends.
