I didn't like the attitude of the owner and his disregard for honesty and truth. I was in need of being fairly treated but instead was treated like an irrelevant peon in ALL his dealings as if my presence was that.

I liked the friendly receptionist. She was a no-nonsense type of woman that was loyal and brave. My twelve years as an Army infantry soldier saw that as a plus.

Bayfront could be a gem, however it needs repairs. A draw was missing in the kitchenette and the bathroom sink cabinet was broken. They only provided 1 roll of toilet paper, no coffee maker and the stove didn't work. It was clean and comfortable. The air conditioners were great. The pier needs to be repaired.

The cons I'd say were the bathroom was not the cleanest. The shower was a little moldy and walls and floor not the cleanest in the harder to reach areas. I'd definitely bring my own towels and linens next time when we come but I am probably more picky about stains than most people. And the ac unit was completely covered in dust but behind the filter where I couldn't get to it unless I would have taken it apart. But I would still come back again for the convenience of price and location.

Great staff, Great price and Great location if you want to go fishing or just not be bothered.

The A/C had to be turned on and off with the breaker on the power cord and the Air Vent for it was unadjustable it flipped around and stayed where it wanted to be. The Fishing Pier lighting was not working and had very dangerous exposed Electrical wiring and cut wires just hanging and dangling in the wind. Unable to use at night.

Had to pay a 50 dollar deposit, which is not listed on the website, Room was not very clean mold on the shower curtain. Rooms are very outdated repairs that need to be made. The place is great for a guys fishing trip, and I wouldn't take family to this place. Grounds needed to be cleaned. While I was staying there, someone broke the window to the owners van..Dead bolt on the door didn't work. Yellow colored water came out of the sink in the bathroom. Old furniture office chairs in the room for seating.

The only thing We were disappointed with was the pier. That pier should not be open. It is in very poor condition lights are out and pieces of wood are missing. That really scared me.

Owner or manager can seem very overwhelming at times especially when they make you wait at the front office at checkout while they inspect your room for damages. Was quite disappointed with their “hidden fees”. I have a wife and 4 children, i entered my party into this site and it referred me to this place. On my arrival, the owner/manager stated i need to pay an additional $50 deposit on top of the one i paid on this website as well as $30 dollars a child since I had 4 kids instead of their max 2 child capacity which I had no idea was a rule. I had no choice but to comply due to no vacancies in the area due to spring break.

Spacious family oriented environment by the ocean. Very relaxing, facility seems to be outdate with minor damages on the ins and outs of the property. Good place to stay for the weekend.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, nice pool, quiet. Close to Hwy. 35 and the main drag through town.
