My stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They served a generous breakfast, and though I tend to eat a lot, I had more than enough to eat. The staff patiently waited up for me to arrive, even though I was running late and didn't get there until a quarter till 11. The room was comfortable and homey. The staff were very personable and kind, and made every effort to help me feel as comfortable as possible. I'll definitely consider staying there again.

The shower pressure wasn't too strong, and the tub is deep to enter, but other than that, no complaints.2

Jolinda is a wonderful host--very cheery, very welcoming, very accommodating. Her home was a very affordable and friendly place for my daughter and me to stay as we passed through the Syracuse area en route to Toronto.

We are fairly easy to get along with and I can't seem to think of any dislikes that we had about the place. We would have no second thoughts about staying there again. It was much better than staying at a non-personal motel.

A nice homie atmosphere with friendly proprietors. It was a pleasure hanging out and talking with Don and jolinda. They were very informative about things to do in the area. That I wouldn't of known elsewise. We were grateful for the suggestions.

The two hosts, Don & Jolinda are absolutely fantastic. The welcome we received was everything you could hope for, so friendly and informative, much more like staying with family than anything else. We wanted for nothing and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a homely and warm place to stay. What a gem! I was motivated by the price, but once I got there I found the nicest hosts imaginable who instantly offered me a warm meal and all the fruit/toast I could eat; fabulous for a cyclist! Then she made me a banana smoothie the next morning! The sheets/pillow were of a very nice quality, too. Perhaps the best Booking experience I’ve ever had.

Wish we could have spent more time!

So grateful for the hosts to allow us to book this place last minute, late on a Friday night, certainly disrupting their evening. And then to upgrade us from one twin bedroom to a two twin bedroom out of the goodness of their hearts. As others have stated, this is like going to stay with a relative. This is someone’s home. The room contained personal items and was neat and clean. The hosts couldn’t be more accommodating or friendly. The price was beyond fair.

It's an old home and it smells moldy when you enter. The kitchen was very full of stuff and so was the bedroom I stayed in. Things everywhere. Some decorations were very dusty, and in the kitchen the place where the dishwasher should had been was full of black mold.

The hosts were very nice and helpful. They opened up their home to host travelers. The breakfast was generous. They were very flexible with arrival/check out time. The bathroom was clean. Also the towels and bed linens.

We never stayed at this property because Jolinda sent us an email at about the time of our arrival saying she could not accommodate us because she only had a room for one person and we needed to request a refund through booking.com, which we tried to do in addition to leaving messages on her answering machine requesting her to accept our cancellation request due to her canceling our reservation.
