The bed was completely horrible, bad night of sleep!

The pool- except too cold and garbage on one side of the pool when we arrived and was still there when we left the next morning. The Receptionist was great! Very informative!

Went to bed in rm 418 an had air conditioner on woke up I was sweating my ass off an my kids the only thing worked was the fan I made sure before I left I let front desk know before the other guest came in to get the room front desk that morning said she would let maintance know..an she apologized but allowed her know we only needed a one night stay so I think it kicked off at 3am so had to been when we all fell asleep an the roller beds are old an rusty hard to open ...

I understand it is in the process of upgrading and repairs which it needs. It could use fresh paint and a deep cleaning.

The owners were pleasant, responded quickly, the bed was comfortable and breakfast offered a good variety. We did not use it but the pool looked great.

I believe at one time this hotel was magnificent, it is just very run down and needs a lot of TLC. The bottom of the pool had sand. The roof was leaking around the pool when it drained. There were a lot of broken things in the room. Such as the ac unit and pieces of the bathtub.

The staff was very polite and helpful. My son loved the giant pool, pool hours were great. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot of options. They also have very large rooms. Our room was clean and bedding was clean.

The morning receptionist was not familiar with roads in the area. She didn't even know the name of the road in front of the hotel. She was pleasant but not a source of any information.

Biscuits and sausage gravy was excellent. The night receptionist was lovely and checked on me after I arrived to make sure the room was okay or I needed anything. Lovely service

Bed was not comfortable, tub was stopped up…water up to my knees before getting out of shower Also I left some clothes on the back of the bathroom door. When I called the following morning he said it was not there but that he had not rented that room to anyone else…where did my clothes go????

The entire place needs to be updated. It is not very inviting from the outside, especially after seeing the online photos of a beautiful hotel then when I arrived i was surprised that it did not look the same at all. I probably would have left if there was a return policy

Pool was so cold you couldn't get in. The hot tub was boarded up. There was no mention of that on the page. Photos online looked like they were from 10 years ago.
