Only 2 handicapped parking spots which the the staff uses without being handicapped. Which forced me and my actual handicapped child to have to walk the parking lot. The elevator stinks ofsmoke so you have to walk the stairs

The walls had blood stains and the bathroom door was chipped. Other wall areas need paint. There appeared to be insects in the bedding.

The bathroom light I had to keep on because I had to keep turning the switch off and on for it to finally come on.

Breakfast time could be extended past nine.

The breakfast time ended before I was able to get down there to participate in it. A few minutes after the breakfast closed I requested some coffee and it was all gone. The front desk gentleman was very kind and helpful. My unit had been stripped of a couple of lightbulbs and he brought them up, and lit the room.

People sitting outside the room smoking pot or just sitting outside their room No light above the bathroom sink There was a jukuzu in the room, but didn't look too clean, i couldn't realy see because there was no light there either.

The manager worked with me when I asked if he would hold the toom one more day. We weren't sure if we could go home due to the storm. Breakfast was OK

There were no phone, coffee pot, hairdryer, no iron or ironing board. We had to get the attendant to fix the tv as it was not working. He did fix it.Things one needs when attending a funeral.

The room had a lot of roaches. The location did not feel very safe. Very loud noise. It is by a very busy road. The pool was never open. The website says it has a gym which was something I looked for because my son is training and needs to run daily. We went to plant fitness but they need to update their page.

The room was big and comfortable. One of the workers was very nice. For the price okay.

There were roaches, the elevator was very hot, staff and breakfast was good.

Ice machine broken, go to front desk for ice. It happens, I was ok with that. The room, the ac didn't get as cold as most hotels do. There were stains all over the sheets and towels. Our bathtub still had shampoo or something still stuck on the side of tub, it look liked blood on the shower curtain. Frideragtor was not clean. Some lamps and outlets didn't work. They do not clean your room or bring you clean towels, you have to go to the front desk everyday for towels. Sign says renovating, hopefully that's true. These rooms definitely need it. Overall we needed the room to only sleep and leave again for the day. So it worked for us. I just had to clean everything. The staff was super sweet. Price of stay was wonderful. Did not check out the breakfast. The pool was nice.

I love the fact they helped accommodate me with the mix up on the dates and didn't charge to much to the day to be switched.

The room had cigarette butts in the floor,not very clean,the beds were very stained,the room smelled very musky, way over priced for what it was , it was a non smoking room

Ice was out the entire stay, the pool was closed for maintenance, not enough parking and the entrance isn't well marked as its gravel.

Well bed shits were drawn on dust ruffle had stains, no blanket on bed or drawer. Not enough towels for two people, bathroom toilet clean on top but sides down to floor covered in hair/gunk.this being memorial day weekend both ice machines did not work. Oh the business center area set up nothing worked printer never worked per front desk. Oh the email I received stating total price they added $20.

The pool was good. And housekeeper Dara, was a great helpful guy.
