No good breakfast eggs looked as there were sitting out for a long time , pool was nice but not maintain nor the hot tub was dirty with debris ,the main hallways were very hot .we weren’t able to get our own hotel room key was told system was down.

The bathrooms could use a bit more cleaning. It would be a good idea to put at least 4 large towels in the bathroom (one for each person, depending on the bed capacity) for example, 2 beds, so guests won't have to ask for extras. Everything else was fine. Thank you for your hospitality.

A good place to relax. Comfortable facilities, not noisy. Cleanliness was good, and my room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and attentive to guests' requests. I highly recommend it.

There was only one set of towels in the bathroom. It should have four, 2 for taking a shower after excessive and 2 more before departing. Also, there was a coffee maker but no cups (.?)

The breakfast was meh, I didn't get anything to eat either day as there was nothing out when I went down; it was awaiting refill. The husband was able to score a waffle and some scrambled eggs, which weren't that good. The hotel states it is undergoing renovations; hopefully the suites will be updated. The carpet was kinda ugly in our room.

The bed was very comfy. Lots of pillows to choose from and they ranged from rock hard to very soft. Very quiet, didn't hear anything during night or in the AM. Had in-room fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Location was perfect. Lots of good restaurants within a short distance to the hotel.

I didn't like the employee that was having a problem with me and other people. Very sad 😔. But other than that. It's a wonderful, nice place to meet and vacations. This is the 2nd time I stay there. I still think it's wonderful 😊

I like what a nice place to stay. Only one employee I had a disagreement with. And than I saw a Lady sitting next to me in the breakfast room. She also had problem with her. The Lady was a blonde day shift comes in at 6am. Victor Alvarez.

No coffee cups in our room to make coffee. Stained carpet in breakfast area. Cold coffee in breakfast area. Rotten bananas staed out both mornings of our stay. Stale bread. Staff refused to refill milk container. Breakfast staff spent her time talking to the lady at the front desk instead of taking care of breakfast area. This ruined a beautiful establishment.

I tried calling 3 times before I arrived and no one answered the phone. It really didn't matter after all because I did get a great room. The other thing is that the external door was not working. Other people were using a rock as a stop to keep it open.

Pool/courtyard area quite run down, dirty but assuming its because it’s the off season. Was down for breakfast with an hour left and most things were gone.

2 king beds, seperate rooms for same price as a double queen room! Perfect!!
