CanadaNo wifi or internet in room 213. We really missed that and did report it to the desk. I tried to get my husband on what's app but wouldn't go through. As soon as I walked into the breakfast room my phone lit up and said you are now connected to the internet. This needs to be fixed.
The room was clean and neat but beds were too small for 4 people. There were only 2 of us in room 213. When I went to get into bed I felt like it was messy and that somebody had been sitting or laying on the bed. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Good value for the price. A week after getting home I still have not received the receipt I was promised. I want to make sure I got the $100 back we didn't use.

United StatesSome of the cleaning staff had very loud and foul language. Our sink did not have a stopper. The shower smelled strong of mildew. The outdoor patio had very little seating to accommodate more than 10 people. And the hallways wreaked of Marijuana! Which is not the staffs fault. The options for coffee and breakfast need a little upgrading. Better food options, coffee creamer, and more coffee. People need a good fresh hot cup of coffee. There needs to be some kind of deterrence for people smoking pot right outside the doors. It permeates into the rooms and hallways...awful.
The staff at the desk could not have been kinder or more friendly...they were AMAZING. The room felt very clean, but the shower room smelled heavily of mildew. The property itself looked pretty, but the patio area needs upgrading, nicer furniture and more seating to accommodate busy weekends.

United StatesMild dog smell but I think this is a dog friendly hotel. The breakfast may have been good but I don't know. Granted it ended at 9am and we arrived at 8:55am. But everything except one sausage and a couple biscuits were empty. The waffle batter was gone an another guest said he was told they were shutting down for the morning.
Clean room. Entire room including bath looked very well cleaned. Check in staff very friendly and helpful.

CanadaI stated this in the last review I gave after our stay in the early spring about the $100 security deposit. All the years we have been staying at this location we have never been charged this until our last stay and again this time! BUT this time we were never told they were going to do it this time and when I got my receipt it was NOT shown on the receipt! It only showed up on my credit card! That is unacceptable and you have seen the last of us at this hotel if that is the way you are going to treat us! At least have the courtesy of telling us up front you are charging us a security deposit. We won’t be back!!!
The breakfast room was disgustingly messy! Absolutely not the fault of the Baymont but parents who let their kids make their own breakfast without any supervision and they just left one awful ness both in the room and down the hallway! We left and went out for breakfast elsewhere! Baymont got it cleaned up but not in time for us. Again, not the fault of the hotel.

United StatesI do wish the pool had been cleaned. I noticed some mold like substance around the trim of the pool.
The breakfast was absolutely spectacular, and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this location to any of my friends and families just to try the food itself! The rooms are beautiful as well. I do wish it had been a bit warmer when arriving but aside from that, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and our neighbors were quiet through the whole night.

United StatesWe had to ask twice for room to be made up and it was only done once in a five day stay. The hotel text me and said text if you need anything. Then ignored my text when I did. There was a loud argument Saturday night somewhere in the hotel that woke me at 2 am. We constantly had to get our key cards reset.
