Lots of rat poison on the ground. They charge $10 an animal but didn’t mention anything about the use of open poison tablets. Thankfully I think I found them all before my girlfriend’s cat did. Check behind the tvs, especially for the little kiddos too. They seem to find everything and this could be a horrendous disaster if a child found one.

The Owner is Amazing. We checked in at 11pm and we had the pleasure of visiting with Him. The hotel is under construction and Im sure when He is finished it will be grand. I hope that my posting doesn't keep you from staying there as it was great for the price we paid. Do not expect breakfast before their finished with construction. There was a pool but already empty which is probably normal in September.

Broken bed and the tv didn’t work.

I booked a single room with a king bed. I got a double with two queen size beds. One of the beds was broken so everytime we sat on it we hit the floor. The tv didn’t work at all and when we said something we were told they just changed management.

Incredibly dirty. Roaches everywhere. Had a terrible smell all over the hotel.dogs barking all night. If you are like me then you want a cheaper hotel. Don't go here. Pay the extra 20 bucks and stay at a better place

The guy in the front desk wouldn’t let me check in because my reservation didn’t have my middle name I even gave me him the confirmation number and he said it was correct but he still couldn’t let me check in because the reservation didn’t have my middle name keep in mind my first name and last name were still under the reservation he charged me an extra five dollars because of it but he wanted it in cash which I thought it was weird and also when I was giving him my license plate number he called me liar and asked to see my phone to prove I wasn’t lying they really should do something about the staff

The room smelled like cigarettes, the guy at the desk could barely speak English their was a lot of miscommunication, hotel is old and out dated. Maintenance is clearly not in their budget.

The bathtub look like it has been repainted and chipping away really bad there was a whole cut a square hole cut out of the ceiling above the shower there was a major Gap it just seemed very creepy on the inside

I paid for the room for 4/25-4/26 and was told that it was time to get out at 11 am on the 25th because they said since we checked in early in the morning that we were not allowed to stay past 11 am that same day I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE EXTRA THAT I HAD TO Pay TO STAY TILL 11AM ON THE 26TH I paid double

Our toilet didnt work and wouldnt flush, the tub leaks constantly and cant get it to stop, there is water damage on our celing, and the floor has many sticky spots.

I liked that they are pet friendly

TV didn't work, turned out it was not hooked yp by finding loose wires. Did not attempt tio fix issue but brought it to attention of front desk. Hotel's wi-fi was incompatble with my laptop - ended up having to use wi-fi of nearby businesses.

Rooms were clean and hot showers.

I know it's a cheap motel... but jesus. External security door not functional , anyone can walk in Everywhere inside smells like cigarettes/marijuana Only 2 towels despite being a 4 person room and one had giant holes in it One of the beds had a 1/3 sized pillow Bath tub was stained and in major need of renovation in general.... the whole room does honestly. Dogs yapping from upstairs most of the night Tweakers hanging around in the carpark End of the day it's a cheap motel and was not as bad as some of the reviews I have seen on here , but could defi find better for similar price. Wouldn't stay again

It was not very clean and it had roaches!!!! And I was not told before I went there that you have to pay a $250 deposit when you book online! For a roach filled place!!!

Had to change rooms because of a water leak above the bathtub. New room appeared to have had a previous leak. No coffeemaker.

HOLDING our RESERVATION. The lady behind the desk was mumbeling with a man, making notes 'on paper'! It took about 20 minutes before we could see the room. The made a photocopy of Ameco card and driverslicence, for no reason. Only one room was left. Light didn't work, The bed was messy, the room smelled, pool was closed, the other entry was out of order.

The reception and outside looked nice.

Scary the last nite a male was arguing and so angry I woke my husband I was so scared. Bad part of town and the back door was never locked so easy to get in without card key. Bugs everywhere. Ceiling had water damage repaired but was falling down again. No cleaning prouducts in the holders except hand soap. No coffee makers and only an ironing board--really who uses those anymore. The desk chair was so bad the entire cover where u sit was off. Really needs a good cleaning and overall but it will not get it.

The staff is friendly just not trained. Like others waited around an hour and had to get the owners to check me in. Per staff owners were out for lunch already 1 1/2 hours before we got there.

Pool was out of service, room had roaches, short staffed to the point front desk had to switch our room three times before finding an available one, and our TV was not connected to any kind of service.

Bed was comfort price decent through the app and location to desired locations was good
