Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. My only real complaint was that the Wi-Fi was not very strong in my room. There were no cups or other utensils in the room, although I am sure I could have asked and they would have provided it.
The staff was great and very helpful. My friends and I were in town for Ron Paul's 90th birthday event. The breakfast was better than your average continental breakfast, but the eggs could have been better (I believe they were powdered). The room was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast on Friday could have had more options. There was only waffles, biscuits, sausage and gravy.
The staff was nice and cordial. The Tv's in the room didn't work and we were kindly moved to another room in less than 5 minutes.

The TV could've worked. I wish it didn't smell so.
The breakfast was ok. The desk clerk was nice but indifferent. The television & phone didn't work. The desk clerk said he called someone to fix the TV but that didn't happen. The room smelled musty.

Pool was a little dirty. I also stayed at the end of the hallway & wifi did not reach inside the room whatsoever. Had to be stepping out into hallway for it to connect.
Staff is friendly & helpful, breakfast spread was great & delicious! Rooms were clean & had everything you needed.

No complaints on service or property.
Room was exceptionally clean considering it was Sunday after a busy full booked weekend. The room we had included two televisions so we ate our meal on couch/ fold out bed in lieu of having to eat on the bed to watch a football game we wanted to see. There was plenty of parking in the well lit lot. Parking lot is fenced on three sides. Bonus was the convenient access to and back to several restaurants. Could of had coffee in room but they had two pots and a decent included breakfast selection off the entry lobby. Staff spoke and treated us like we were their best friends in person and also when I called ahead to ask about check in.

Our plug to the sink in the bathroom was broken. The jacuzzi didn't work on the bathtub. Breakfast could have been better.
As always we enjoyed staying here. The cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff is always good.

Hot water in the shower was not working. Breakfast was ok - it could have used more variety as it was the same thing every day. Lastly, the staff was friendly and very helpful, but often they were not at the front desk so one had to wait in the lobby or just come back in order to talk to someone.
Location was great as it was a short distance from the beach. Being right off the highway was also great for traveling to and from.

I think the experience would have been perfect if they updated a few things about the room (like replacing the grout etc).
I liked how much room the king room offered. Front desk girl was so sweet and helpful. very comfortable bed.

I was in Room 118, and whoever was on the second floor on top of my room was making a lot of noise ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!!!! It stopped at 11pm and picked back up at 3am. Alot of banging.

Can't really say anything negative. The only thing I could say if I wanted to nitpick was that one lady at the front desk wouldn't trade out our towels. She told me that housekeeping would wash them, and replace them the next morning. Really not a big deal, but slightly irritating.
This is our go to hotel for our trips to Clute/Lake Jackson. As always the hotel itself was clean. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of items. Highly recommend.
