One particular male staff member that we interacted with and even saw interacting with other people was pretty rude didn’t really do an effort to greet people and would just talk in a rude way, the state of the rooms is disappointing there was black stuff in the crevices of the bathrooms since I rented two rooms one for me and my fiancé and the other for my sister and mother in law, in theirs the sheets seamed to be damp and the blanket under the sheet was very rough to the touch it smelled like wet dog in there and the tv didn’t even work properly, almost the whole entire of the rooms area in the first building smelled like marijuana and in the second building where my fiancés and I room was it smelled like marijuana but not just one part it was the whole entire building, besides that my fiancés and I’s room was ok same black stuff in the crevices but the bed was comfortable our blanket under the sheet wasn’t rough like the other room same smell though in our room the tv didn’t work at all, not to mention it was very very disappointing that they did not meet my request of getting rooms together over all staff needs to be reviewed and some construction things need to be done at least to make the rooms nicer and as well work on cleaningness and how the rooms and facility smell also implement a no smoking inside rule.

Front desk people were rude and didn't give necessary information, and I had to keep going back. Refrigerator hadn't been cleaned and there was melted ice cream in the freezer. workout room was out of order. breakfast was canceled both days we were there.

Could not find a remote to the TV no staff was available have to time when I did reach the staff for needed towels they said they didn't have none due to low staff so didn't have clean towels the whole time I was there or no TV the whole time I was there worst experience I've ever had in a hotel

That there was a dead decayed mouse in front of one of their entrances. My fridge was broke and smelled horrible, there was no extra toilet paper, the ice machine was broken, the ac did not cool off the room. There was no garbage can in one of the rooms. There was no chair in one of the rooms. It was just an all around bad experience. The bathroom faucet made weird sounds when you turned it on. The TV sound was horrible with static. The room wasn't ready at check in time. We had to wait an extra hour for them to get it ready.

That it was affordable and fit my family. And the pool was decent (super salty though)

1 towel in our room, for a family of 4. No towels by the pool for swimming. Found a dead mouse in our room. Husband thought one of our kids toys were behind the entertainment stand, and slid it forward to grab it, and it was a dead mouse. Brought it up to front staff, they said: ill tell the maid when she cleans the room. The breakfast, the waffle mix was empty, and nobody would come to fill it.

Breakfast was pretty bad. I got there to the breakfast room around 7(30 minutes after they opened) there was nearly no food. The food that was there was meh. 4 muffins, bread and no butter or spread, the space was dirty and unkept. There was a fridge but had no food in it. There was zero fruit. And no syrup for the waffles. It was bad. We were given a room that was uncleaned and had no bedsheets and a half eaten pizza box. The floor in Bay B looked awful covered in a thick layer of dirt and trash. We got moved from that room to a new room in the main building. It was cleaner but in closer look it was bad. The new bedroom had cleanish but stained yellow sheets, and a mattress pad with a fresh period stain. There was a massive dent/hole I. The wall like someone had run into the wall. The bathroom mirror looked scary and covered with dark marks and was damaged.

“Tee” was at the front desk and for all the things that went wrong she was kind and helpful and everything that went wrong wasn’t her fault. She was all alone- she could t man the front desk and help with all the issues… so I’d say bad management.

Upon arrival customer service just wasn’t great. They told us that there were no room keys and that they would have to let us in the room if we left. I was nervous to enter the room but wasn’t as bad as I thought until we looked around. Sheets and blankets have stains, water was in bathroom floor, no towels, toilet paper holder had an empty role, and room had a smokers smell. We felt like grounded children who couldn’t leave the room because there was no keys. Getting up for breakfast at 6:00; which is hard to find, I immediately turned around to get from somewhere else. The sausages looked like it had old grease on it. It didn’t look appealing at all. Overall your money is worth somewhere else.

When booking the stay. Since it was Wyndham location I assumed it would be fine as that is chain I regularly stay. However, when we got to the building with our room the whole area smelled like cigarettes, the bedroom the hallways, everything. Even though they promote non smoking all over. Inside the room you could see it was not cleaned, the white sheets and blankets were stained with random spots throughout, and the bathroom had the items left from the previous tenant still in there. There was mucus in the tub, overall disgusting. The breakfast was completely empty and not being replenished by 8:30am. Also I’m pretty sure there were large groups of people here doing drugs. One of the worst stays I’ve had at any hotel.

The whole hotel was gross! Food in rooms smeared on couch and bathroom walls! Jacuzzi in our room was dirty and took an hour to fill! TV went out first night & got told for an hour someone be there to fix by front desk girl! Shift change & guy didn't know anything about it! He look at it and couldn't fix it! I was told someone would come in the morning & nobody came! My son in law fixed it! My first room bed was broke and dirty & the girl at front desk waa very rude! She put us in another & bed was fine but room was dirty! I cleaned before we got settled in! Only 1 trash can in room and that was in bathroom and it was very small! Hotel area wasn't near anything! I'm very easy going and have Never left a bad review because it has to be really really bad for me to risk hurting someone business! I got told I would get 20% off fist night because no TV but so far nothing! I don't recommend at all! If you're brave to still stay ask for room upstairs! My daughter's room was upstairs & it was better then mine!

All. Of. It. This really has to be the worst hotel experience, there were no doorknobs on the outside doors leading into the room hallways. So random people could just walk in and out freely. Everything was dirty. The hallways, the rooms had been barley cleaned, meaning that I think they changed the sheets. The beds didn't even have comforters on them. The corners of the room haven't been vacuumed like ever. The ceiling was falling in and the paint was cracking due to the roof leaking. The bathroom had been wiped down but not "cleaned". The mirror was broken in the bathroom, as well as the window.

I feel like the sheets had been changed 🤷‍♀️

Filthy place. From the parking lot to the lobby to the room. Really gross. I would rather sleep in the bed of my truck than stay here again. Booked based on the photos instead of the reviews left by previous patrons. Lesson learned.
