It was a bit dirty in the hallway, but that’s what you get with families and pets! It was temporary and staff did clean up. We didn’t get our deposit returned, and I can’t get ahold of anyone to figure out what happened. Would love to be contacted.

Besides the pool, I chose this location because they stated breakfast was included. Breakfast turned out to be a loaf of bread next to a toaster. There wasn't enough of that even for the number of guests staying that night, and when I requested more because there was a family behind us with young children besides my own children that were hungry, I was met with distain and discust, as if I was asking for something unreasonable.

We loved the pool and the hot tub, and I was glad to know that it was functioning. Sometimes that's an issue when we travel. The staff was friendly enough, although aloof. The parking lot was reasonable, the facility was easy to find, and it was a great location in conjunction for our destination

We stayed a lot of times, we we're living upstate and would come down three times a month for up to a week at a time to visit family. The first few months we had a wonderful stay every time, never had any complaints. Our last stay was for about a month, maybe a little longer, as we were moving back to Flint, & waiting for our house to be ready to move in. The last two weeks of our stay was horrible. We complained daily about everybody who was put in the room above us. They seem to have kids that never sat down, would run & jump constantly, or adults that would just be inconsiderately loud with their stomping & constant walking hard back & forth at all hours of the night, & day. My husband works third shift, and I work first shift, and we could not get any sleep the last 2 weeks. I even had another guest horse kick the door across from me for 15 minutes straight at 4:30am until I went to tell the front desk worker to please tell her to stop. She followed me up there, & I could smell the alcohol coming off of her breath as she was in my face calling me all sorts of names, and swearing at me, and threatening to beat my ass. When I defended myself, your desk clerk threatened to have both of our $100 deposits not returned, instead of immediately telling her that she was going to be kicked out for kicking a door, and then getting in my face with threats. When I went to walk back to my room, she followed me, and was still screaming at me, so the desk clerk followed her, and instead of calling the police on her, or kicking her out, he just told her to go up to her room, & 10 minutes later, she was back across the hall screaming again. I seen her two days later while I was rechecking into my room, so nothing happened to her for the way she acted, or talked to me.

The location, it's not in the great part of Genesee co. A lot of rift raft Rollin in and out of the area. It is a good spot to stop in a pinch.

The place was clean! which to me is surprising due to the low staff, the full occupancy etc. . I am a Flint resident, we lost power and ended up here.

The jacuzzi room was the only thing that helped this hotel out. It seemed low budget ghetto outside of our room but nice once inside room.

Our room had some red stains on the walls and in the sink, and the chair provided had stains on it as well. Just overall cleanliness wasn’t great.

The room met our expectations, and the staff was very friendly!
