Our room wreaked like cigarettes, we had to leave our window open for a couple hours. It looked like there was black mold in the wall by the air conditioner. There is no ventilation in the bathroom either.

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy.

Accessibility to the new furniture. The handles were on the inside and you were notable to access it. Also the breakfast was not as hot as I would have liked and the drink options were limited.

They are in the process of remodeling. I believe this will be an excellent location once it is complete. They were attentive to what my needs were. It was clean, the furniture was all new but some issues still include the inability to access drawers or the closet due to the handles not being put together yet.

The bathroom needed updating and we had cold water for our shower.

Because of remodeling, water came in from somewhere else in bathroom. Caused water on floor of bathroom and discolored water in shower. But when our shower was on the water was fine.

Property needs some serious TLC. Paint peeling, discolored shower curtain, etc. Overall the room was fairly clean (except for the stink bug). Lobby tiles are currently being replaced. Hopefully they continue with the improvements.

Smells. Smelled like someone was smoking on our hall and it was inside our room which caused me to be nauseous. Floor was dirty like it hasn’t been vacuumed. Bar of soap was not wrapped and could tell was already used before.

Proximity to Miami campus. Continental breakfast was decent and sufficient.

Bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower..I had to find a housekeeper and borrow her disinfectant spray to clean the bathroom, toilet and sink.

Too expensive for the quality of the room and breakfast. It’s aggravating that the prices are jacked up because students have family in town. Air conditioning in room 323 didn’t work well. We had to open the window at night.

Recent upgrades are nice.

It's incredibly basic and no frills. Felt like he needs a huge renovation. Everything was old and not in good shape.

There was drywall dust EVERYWHERE. Why couldn't your maintenance or housekeeping staff dust and vacuum after sanding the drywall? The room was VERY hot when we checked in. The A/C in our room was completely turned off. It took over 4 hours to get the room temperature from 90 degrees to a comfortable 72 degrees. Why couldn't you turn on the A/C in the room hours before we arrived.

The breakfast was good, but the sausage at Comfort Inn was tastier.

The overall look of the property i.e the rooms needed a renovation and maybe a fresh coat of paint

For being on the cheaper side it had some pretty good breakfast my only gripe with it is there was no hot water for the breakfast so if i wanted to eat oat meal i would have to use a bottled water

Everything else. For the price you pay, it is a dump. Practically no hot water, old, outdated facility that overcharges for rooms. They know they don’t need to do anything because there are not enough hotel rooms in the area for amount each weekend that are needed. Try to stay anywhere else if you can.

There was NO hot water and they did not offer a discount or anything. Found out later that this happens often. The water was ice cold. A Maintenace guy did come up 30 min later and just checked it and said nope its cold and walked out with no explanation.

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

It was under construction, everything was covered in dust. My room had no ironing board, refrigerator did not work. The window covered did not touch on the edges and there was a bright light outside the window.

The first key they gave me to my room did not work, they relocated me to a different room on a different floor. The bathtub was disgusting, there was tissue paper over the fire sprinkler, duct tape on fire alarms, half used shampoo bottle, and the breakfast was horrible. There was a bowl of fruit with three moldy clementines in it. I understand they are doing construction

Location and price made it worth it.
