No pool no breakfast

Did like this trip I cry the whole time

The room was horrible. Half the lights didnt work. The refrigerator was nasty and didnt even keep my drinks cold. The bathroom was stained with something black on the toilet and the tub. The front of the sink counter was falling apart. A piece of it even fell on the floor when i touched it. The carpet was dirty and the towels had brown stains on them. The breakfast offered was frozen sausage egg and cheese croissant. Apple juice that tasted old and the orange juice was frozen or something cause it wouldnt dispense.

It was close to the location from my destination.

Location was great

Property was good. Sports bar in the lot. Told them fridge didnt work on Friday and no sheets and on Monday at check out still no sheets or working fridge

It was not clean, the desk clerk kept telling me my payment wasn’t there then the first room the beds were not made up and not even clean he changed our room then we had to spray fe breeze in it cause it didn’t smell good at all the bathroom tub was nasty too

Well my first encounter here I walked into the lobby and the guy at the front desk yelled at me multiple times because I didn’t have my id and I wanted to email it to them

It was kind of dingy and the guy at the front desk was super rude. Honestly never again will I book here

The up kept of the rooms and they could do better cleaning to the rooms and pool.

The room was not worth the price. Paint was missing, it smelled bad, and it was just not what the pictures made it out to be. The night manager was not polite during check in and acted as if he didn't want to have to check us in.

Location is all i can say for this one.

I was not informed that the pool was unoperational. I had 2 kids that were looking forward to swimming, and it was empty. When I asked the first night what time the pool closed, the guy was rude and said at nine. I didn't know till the following night when I went to take my kids swimming that the pool didn't have water in it at all. None of this was mentioned when I asked about the pool hours the night before. Also asked for a non-smoking room, and the blankets had cigarette burn marks in them.

Rooms were DIRTY. Breakfast and pool were closed after advertising they had both.. Broken furniture in rooms. Premises was dirty. Front desk staff argued with me that I asked for a smoking room, and I had to pull up my search to prove to him I did not. Items from previous guests were left in the room, and the room was not cleaned. The bathroom was so dirty, I didn't shower (thank goodness it was only a two night stay), and I slept on top of the covers of the bed. YES, we asked for a room change, and the second room wasn't any better!

• $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT PER ROOM. • $50 LATE CHECK OUT FEE. (The day office staff act like there is NOT a fee! They stood around talking to each other while I was at the walk up window. I slid my cards under the partition at 10:58 after waiting.) * SITE LISTS THESE AS SELLING POINTS * Due to COVID: [It was June 2023) • NO BREAKFAST • NO POOL Showers: • Shower heads are strange and need replacing. • There was paint peeling off the shower walls, soak holder, and tubs. First time I’ve encountered this! • One room’s shower head sprayed erratically, soaking the bathroom. Non-Smoking Rooms: • Smell STRONG of stale smoke. My daughter woke up with a nose bleed. The rest of us all had stuffy noses, but I could still smell the cigarette smoke smell. • Toilet seats had cigarette burn marks from guests propping lit cigarettes on the TOILET SEAT!!

PROS: • Close to Six Flags. • NO bedbugs. • NO other pest/rodent issues. • Mattresses, sheets, pillowcases, and pillows were all clean. [One duvet set had two large burn holes, even though it was a non-smoking room.]

I didn't like the fact that my mother's door to her room didn't close properly,and it's could use an upgrade.

The location was great for the places we visited. I like the fact that the staff did all they could to make us comfortable. We enjoyed our visit.

The wifi didn't work properly, so my son couldn't get schoolwork completed. I couldn't use my phone unless I walked outside. The towels were dingy. It was very disappointing.

The price was good. The room smelled nice. The location was close to the interstate.

Our room was gross. There was mold on the conjoined door the floors made your feet filthy and there was a roach crawling across my bed

Broken furniture and refrigerator and have the nerve to require a $$100 deposit that is up to them to determine whether they will give it back 😢 This said a lot about what is going on around there
