Our room had a diffuser on & left in it. When we arrived it was a very strong chemical odor that took hours to get rid of. We had to open windows just to breathe. The shower floor felt unstable. The closet hanging rod was way too high to reach hangers and hang up things. The picture in the wall above the bed looked dirty or old or worn. Maybe time for some updates.

The bed was comfy, hot tub was great, shower had great water pressure. Pool area and hours were really good. Breakfast was ok. Location was perfect

I found a spider that morning in the corner which I got a picture of my other than that it was cool.

Weird smells in the common space on my floor. There was a microwave in the room, but the hotel could not supply microwave safe plates. They expected you to put Styrofoam in the microwave.

There was nothing I didn't like would be better if they had Carbon's waffles instead of eggo but that's trivial.

Beds were comfortable but I expected 2 queens, not 2 doubles. The parking was good. The room was clean, the breakfast was standard. I don't like powdered eggs and semi-meat but I ate some bagelwith PBJ

The rooms were nice and hallways nice and clean. My bed retained body heat and seemed to be high in the middle and it moved you down hill from there towards the side of the bed. I was a newer bed but just was uncomfortable for my 4 night stay... and what is with those square pillows... rectangles!!! The other thing was a desire for more variety for breakfast... it is the same every day!

Great value for convenient, quiet, and comfortable room. Staff was great. There is a nice pool and exercise room too.

There was a tiny bit of an odor when the main floor from some flooding , but they were in the process of and vacuuming out the excess water while we were there. We were impressed at the pool area was open until 11:00 p.m. but the chlorine was too strong for our eyes so we did not utilize it. We were actually glad that there was so much chlorine because we knew that that minute was sanitized, but it was too much for us to tolerate.

It was a very clean place and we felt safe in this location. We did not want to stay anywhere directly in the city because we were traveling for a month and had all of our belongings with us. We felt very safe in this location and it was much bigger than we thought it was going to be! There was even a lounge and dining room table with chairs in the main area in between both sides of the hallway. There were no freezers in the actual room that we stayed in and we had ice packs that we needed for medication because we were traveling for a month and needed to keep our things cool as we drove to each state. The staff was able to keep our ice packs labeled and a safe place in a freezer until we checked out. We decided to stay tonight and it was a pleasant stay. It was very quiet and we were pleased with our stay.

I didn't like the bathroom shower, sofa bed, and hair dryer. The shower knob had dirt buildup and mold in it. The sofa bed had a flat mattress topper for a mattress that was stained and very uncomfortable. The hair dryer had so much dust buildup in it.

I like the staff and the breakfast was ok.

Leftover food in fridge in room that had not been emptied. Also someone puked in the pool area and the pool remained open.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was not open, and the bed was really firm. Also, breakfast was not great.

This room had a smell this time. I'd guess they shampooed the carpet and didn't vent/dry it out. This room was also right off the lobby - breakfast hour woke me up.

I liked the area with gas stations, coffee, and food. They have a shuttle to airport. Lobby was clean, staff friendly.

Fan in bathroom didn't work, bug splatter on wall in room, light at desk was out, bed was uncomfortable, though I do have a bad back.

Staff was excellent, lobby beautiful and it has a wonderful layout.

I stayed for 2 days but checked out a day early and only 1 hour past check out and they wouldn’t work with me to get a refund. And have the day of the 2nd day there was no power in the hotel

Booked for 4 people and the place for 2 people to sleep was a pull out sofa bed. Which was way past it's use. Big saggy bed. Kept rolling into the middle. Very uncomfortable

Loved the common areas for us to be able to play games, relax outside of the room and have a big area to gather.
