The lock on the door was a bit hard to open at times but it wasn't a huge deal.

The staff was amazingly nice. There was a good breakfast and we liked the room we were in. We're staying here again in a few days.

The bathroom was nice, but the toilet was very low to the ground but very clean. The hotel should have an entrance sign for the driveway bc arriving in the dark, it's hard to locate.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pillows that they use are so soft and cozy. Had a fair selection for the breakfast. Rooms clean. Water pressure in the bathroom very nice

The room was set on 60° when we arrived and the room has some sort of floral air freshener that was way too over powering. The bathroom sliding door stuck and was difficult to close. Felt reprimanded by the day staff when I was going to check the temperature of the pool and had a coffee in my hand and was abruptly told "No food or drink!" That may be true but there is a way to tell someone and a way to tell someone. It might be nice to have a night stand on both sides of the bed.

The breakfast was wonderful. And the staff in the evening were very welcoming. The location Is very convenient. And the room was clean and the air conditioner worked exceedingly well. The pool was very nice albeit I didn't choose to go in it. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom is VERY small. Vanity area also lacks sufficient space to get ready due to the sink, coffee pot, etc. This was the only negative aspect of our stay.

Comfortable bed. Room size was sufficient. Easy to access the room from all entrances. Location is very near the interstate, gas stations, shopping, restaurants.

I loved the hot tub in the room but was disappointed because the hot tub by the swimming pool was closed again!! This is the second time I have booked the Superior Suite and the hot tub by the swimming pool was closed 😔

The hot tub jets don't work, the hot tub is still hot but just no jets. When we checked in the front desk staff said that the small fitness center was closed because all of the equipment was broken, but at checkout a different staff member said that it's not closed because it's broken, they just don't allow children to use it. None of my children even asked, I wanted to use it for my morning workout.

The pool was clean but there was no heavy chemical smell. The hot tub in the room was amazing! The location is in walking distance to local shopping and close by other attractions. Breakfast was good and the lady who prepared it was the sweetest! The hotel was able to accommodate the late checkout request!

It looked like my room had been partially renovated with newer furniture and new carpeting. Why the doors weren't repainted to complete the "refreshened" look is beyond me. They needed it. It would have made a major difference.
