The temp was set at 63 when we got there The room smelled funny. The carpet felt damp but that could have been because the room was so cold. The smell was in the room the whole stay which one night. I booked the room through Booking.com and I tried to get the room for $125 but that offer disappeared and I had to pay $189 + fees. The hotel had very few guests the night we were there so why did the offer go away? For $189 the room was not worth at all. The breakfast was just ok. We stayed there due to location and they allowed pets - $35 fee!

The room was clean and the bed were comfortable. I am from Columbus, Ohio and it was funny that there were pics of downtown Columbus in the bathroom. .

It's the little things. Not having plates for breakfast, not having soap for the laundry. The smells. But that said, these people are very nice people and they're trying very hard to provide as best they can. It's not enough

The price was good, it was not the hotel I wanted. I wanted the comfort Inn over near the museum, the Air Force museum. But somehow they swapped me and put me into this one which was not the one I wanted and it was further away. It's obviously an older hotel that the owners are trying to refurbish and get back to going again, and they're doing a very good job but it's not enough.

Breakfast. Eggs were cold. Dirty floor. Trash can full. There were young people creating a lot of noise after 10pm.

Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly.

Saturday bread option were limited so small Muffin instead of a bagel

Friday eggs were just ok but Saturday scrambled were excellent. A lot of options were good to very good.

The room door and side entry door had to be pulled extra hard to be sure they locked. The landscaping plants and parking lot could use some attention.

The room and other interior spaces were clean.

There was no safety rails for the shower/ tub. There was one next to toilet.There was one behind toilet which led me to believe the bathroom was changed. It was supposed to be accessible. Supplies such as towels/shampoo etc were available.

Appeared clean inside and out . The outside was clean.

Room floor was dirty with dirt and paint chips on the floor like the entryway was not swept. Other table tops had what looked like paper towel pieces on them. Outlets didn't work so the clock was not plugged in. TV reception was spotty. And staff entered my room while I was sleeping even though I had my do not disturb sign hanging on the door knob.

Bed was comfy. Check in staff assigned me a room away from other guests like requested.

The smell. The 2nd floor in the hallways smelled like burnt marijuana. The water was not hot for morning showers and there was no juice or water at the breakfast hours. There was no coffee upon check in or at night. Coffee was only served at breakfast.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I was hoping, however the room was clean for the most part - no issues.

The hotel is in a good location, convenient to Fairborn and HWY675.

The first room I was in, after requesting a room away from most other guests, was on the 2nd floor. Around midnight, I was woken up by someone pounding on the door. I went to see who it was and what the issue was, and it was the guys trying to get into the room next door, thinking it was their room they were banging on. 15 minutes later, it happened again, banging on the door like an animal to simply say "Oops, wrong door again." Around the same time, it sounded like wrestling matches were going on above my room. For another 30 minutes, I was wondering if someone was going to come through the ceiling. I called down to the front desk and they offered me another room on the 3rd floor. Upon getting to that room, the frames were broken on the pictures on the wall, and the safety latch was missing entirely. But it seemed much quieter so I just made it work. After turning all the lights off and attempting to sleep again, I realized that there was an insanely bright light outside the window that also shined into the room. Luckily, I had a roll of duct tape in the car and literally taped the curtains to the wall so there was not so much light pollution.

Staff were pleasant and friendly. Helpful. Kind. It was inexpensive.

I would prefer more options for breakfast.

Sausage was dry rubbery, apples were old and No muffins or wheat bread.cranberry juice was watered down.

Real fast was terrible unlike most comfort inns I stay at that are very good.

Our first room we went into had several broken items. The light fixtures above the door had the glass case missing, a bulb was out in the bathroom, and when we went to go back to the car to get more stuff, the door handle fell off in my hand because a screw was missing. The night concierge switched the room for us, and our new room was infinitely better. No broken items, but the AC vents looked to have mold or mildew growing on it.

The complimentary breakfast was our stays saving grace. They had a good selection and it was yummy. The staff were also very friendly and willing to help when we had an issue.
