Ice and vending machine didn't work on my floor

It wasn’t as clean this year from years prior. Also they changed the golf cart rental times. It used to be 24 hrs or 48, etc. so in the past if we got there a bit early we’d have the golf cart 1pm til 1pm the next day if staying one day for example. Now you can’t rent til check in at 4pm and have to return it by 11am.

We love that the pools are only for the hotel guests and have the perfect view of the lake.

The lobby was not clean. A dead plant in the lobby. Cobb webs in the lobby. Toilet was plugged up and no one fixed it. Our shower had mold in it. Dead Bugs inside the screened in deck that probably have never been cleaned up for a long time.

I had asked for rooms together and we had I on each floor instead. The tub in the bathroom was crazy slippery.

The location was great. The pool area and tiki bar were nice. The staff was very friendly and helped us with more towels, pool towels and trash bags.

No mini fridge, coffee pot or microwave in the room and no continental breakfast or free coffee in the lobby.

Room housekeeping was non existent. We took out our garbage and exchanged dirty towels for clean from the housekeepers cart in the hallway. The property as a whole was well kept and clean, very comfortable.

Beautiful location right on the water. We visit annually and this property was definitely the best place we have stayed on the island.

We rented a 2 cabanas on Saturday. The pool closer to the lake should be designated the adult only pool and both should be heated. We had a group of 15 and were all in the pool and 3 children brought huge pool floats over to the heated pool and were quite annoying and in the way with that many people in the pool.

I wish there was a place to purchase a sit sown breakfast on site.

The pool says “exclusive” but they were selling wristbands for $10 to anyone off the street. There is no coffee maker or refrigerator. The only ice machine that was working was on the first floor. The only vending machine was on the third floor. The entire hotel is cashless yet the machines only take cash AND in particular, only quarters. Not good for the price I’m paying!!

Cobwebs on the lamp , molding shower , no extra toilet paper and ran out in middle of the night , no phone or alarm clock in room , TV was small ,

A real coffee café would have been lovely. They did not have enough supplies on hand. Ran out of tops. Coffees,teas etc. Staff was inexperienced and slow who ran the coffee station. They did not have any cakes or donuts to go with coffee. Nothing for kids.

The location is beautiful, staff was pleasant. The staff maintained the property in cleanliness.

No refrigerator, microwave or coffee pot in the room, no complimentary breakfast. Shower pressure was atrocious, hard to get clean when the shower was just spitting water, please fix this for the future.

I liked the view, the room was great and clean, large bathroom, great view of the lake. Pool was a nice touch.

No refrigerator or coffee makers. There is coffee to purchase in the lobby ( normally but the last who runs it was off due to health). There is free ice so bring a cooler to put your drinks in

It can get loud in hallways with other guests, but not the hotels fault.

Staff was nice and helpful! We enjoyed our view and had a good room. The room was much larger than expected and worked great for 4 people for 2 days.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds. When we got there it was 2 full beds. No internet.

no breakfast. location good. hot tub nice when on. Cold water in the mornings. outside bar nice in the evenings.
