We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesParking here is crazy. It's super crowded and small and hard to maneuver in and out of the tiny spaces. Other than that it's a great place! Also everything says it's on the south point but the condo itself is actually in the north point.
The condo itself is very nice! It's clean and beautiful and the patio is big and pretty!

Makes you feel like you’re heading home and not to “the room”! I’d book this place again and again! And I’m sure I will! The location is perfect, you never have to leave!

United StatesThere was not a parking place when we returned from eating dinner on Saturday night. I called Vacasa to ask what we were supposed to do since we were told on instructions that we would have a spot on the 2nd floor. The woman I spoke to didn't know and said she would ask, and they would call me back. No return call. We were told by the security personnel that people were running into that problem - told us to go down the road to an overflow space. I called Vacasa back Saturday night to find out about the parking. He told me he would check and they would call back- still have not heard a word from them.

The bathrooms needed a good cleaning and the mattress on the pull out couch needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable. Too many codes to remember to get into the parking garage, the room and the pool area, door.

United StatesI didn’t like that the condo was a little bit confusing trying to find where we were supposed to stay because the place is so big and you don’t have anybody there to help you And staff is not around even if they are, they’re not friendly.
The property itself was absolutely amazing. Our room was just so beautiful and cozy. We literally had everything that we needed especially in the kitchen. There is a lot of tourist there some not so friendly nor is the some staff other than that it’s a great family vacation spot.

United StatesThe place could have been cleaner except the bathrooms and the fridge we felt we needed to wipe counters down and the floors were very dirty I spilled a little water ironing and wiped it up it the towel was black and the hot tub was broken in pool area and when we was out by pool after dark there was water bugs everywhere scared my wife
