Refrigerator wasn’t getting cold at all even after 24 hours. Kept resetting and beeping. Only two TVS in 65, one at top floor and one in living room. WiFi didn’t have a secure network to use password. Dryer barely dried clothes first time.

The furniture was very dirty, the carpet needs to be cleaned. Only one TV upstairs could not take your drink upstairs or wear your shoes upstairs. The whole place needs to be updated and be sure the sliding doors lock need to fix the door knobs and the hole in the upstairs bathroom

Communication was very timely and helpful.. The location was great! The cleanliness was stellar. The beach decor added to the ambiance. Very comfortable with many necessary items like Coffee pot..toaster etc. Items that would be helpful for a short stay..garbage bags...food wrap or containers for leftovers. Directions regarding where to dump the garbage would be helpful.. We resorted to using the recycling dumpster and pool garbage cans. Pamphlets and maps from the area would add to the sense of hospitality. A list of the TV channels actually included in cable service would be helpful.

Upon arrival the TV remote control did not work and needed new batteries. Unfortunately, it took 3 calls over two days to get batteries supplied.

The property was clean and well-kept. The clients and owners were friendly and well-behaved. The property is centrally located to beaches, attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

The location was great! Having the boat launch was very convenient. The pool was also a wonderful area to play and relax. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. Our owner neighbors in the section we stayed in were very nice and welcoming! We hope to stay again soon!

This property is overrated. Coffee table missing glass. Walking on nails on the deck. Pictures look better then the real picture is. Towels and wash rags had smell and hard. The stay was not at it’s best. Overrated!!!

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The old beds felt like springs covered in a sheet. The sofa was no better. The additional furnishings were more suited to outdoors and none were comfortable as they were only old wicker with cushions on them. The bathroom toilet did not flush, and most inconvenient of all is that there was no Wi-Fi, even though Booking.com advertised that Wi-Fi was available. For the price, the accommodations were extremely cheap except for the very nice kitchen. The owner also owns the unit next door and is the only owner who had barricaded their section off from the remaining common walkway with a baby gate which guests from enjoying a better view of the bay from the end of the common walkway. That wasn’t a big issue, but felt inhospitable. If they don’t want people to be comfortable inside the unit and enjoy the view outside, don’t rent out the unit.

The kitchen was very well organized and outfitted. The pool was nice, too. The only staff we encountered was the pool guy, Marcos, and he was friendly and helpful.

This stay was extremely disappointing. We could not get out of the condo fast enough. Because of arriving later that night we stayed the first night but would not have done that if we arrived earlier. The carpet needs to be replaced and extremely dirty. Light bulbs missing. Broken faucets and holes in the bathroom door and walls. The furniture is dirty and decor is outdated.

very uncomfortable! wasn’t cleaned. sheets hadn’t been changed and there was mold in the coffee pot. clearly no one had been in that unit in a while. they offered me cleaning fee as a compensation which was an insult because the unit was supposed to be cleaned between the last guests who also paid cleaning fee. I’m other words they wanted me to accept that and sleep on sheets behind somebody else. disgusting.

The facility wasn't as expected. The carpet was dirty. The chairs were weak and broken when we tried to sit on them. The oven didn't work. There were no facial towels. After requesting for them I was told they did not supply them. After about 2 hours they finally brought some to us. Maintenance was contacted sevea times and did not come to fix any issues we had. The sink was backed up, the dish washer didn't work. Everything was just a mess.

The view of the waterfront was the only thing I enjoyed about my stay.
