The property and its surroundings were beautiful. However we arrived to an apt that had not been cleaned for over one month( according to the cleaning staff that was called to come in after our arrival.Trash not emptied, dirty linen on the bed, dirty toilet, towels used still in bathroom, floors dirty, . I have pictures of all of this. Called host after our arrival and he told me where to find keys to cabinet to get clean sheets and cleaning supplies. So i changed the bed linens and cleaned the bathroom. Also, this unit was advertised as having a king bed and it only had a queen bed. I would not have rented this property as my partner is 6’ 1’ and we don’t sleep in a queen bed at home! It was very uncomfortable for him to sleep in the queen bed. Also the furniture in the pictures on website was not the furniture in the apt. The host Frank was not pleased with my comments and said he would give me a refund but changed his mind and was very rude in the text he sent me. I paid my money in good faith based on the advertisement on Bookong.com and I want a refund due to his misrepresentation of this apt. I deserve a refund of $600 for the inconveniences of my cleaning and the bed size regardless of Frank’s opinion he stated in his text to me that he would not give me a refund “because I ain’t able to give any refunds because stay was cheap enough and he had to pay people to clean it and the bought some carpet for the bathroom.” Well I paid the advertised price and it included a cleaning fee of $150.00. He also said “if you’re not happy you don’t have to come back.” Rude rude rude! Rest assured I will not come back to this place. Also, very interesting to find out that this property is on the real estate market for sale for $269,900 by Easy Street Realty/Wendy Dong and was only listed on May 18,2025. Also, when we checked in at gate the guard said I was not listed to enter.

The apartment was nice, spacious, modern, and clean. There were neighbors around but the noise levels were pretty low. It was a guarded community so I felt safe where I was staying.

I arrived at the check-in time and wasn't given instructions any instructions on how to get in. The security guard and the lady at the leasing office were confused and suspicious for the fact I paid for 3-nights at an apartment at their complex. Every time I left in and out of the complex, the security guards would question me to confirm where I was staying. I appreciate their thoroughness in keeping the community safe, but they've made it known that what the host for this listing is doing is highly illegal and that should be reported. So harassment suspicion from the guards, not a fan. Small things to note: no hair dryer and slow internet. Best to bring your own hair dryer and other hair stuff if needed to plug in. Bring house slippers too, the floor was pretty sandy

The place was AMAZING! Frank, the host, was incredibly helpful. The property was gorgeous! I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for two weeks. The apartment is in a beautiful area. There is a private pool and a fitness center. The area is protected that bring you a feeling of security. The apartment is spacious.

We had problems during the first couple of days in our check-in process. The key fob to access the pool and fitness center was not working. After a couple of exchanges with the host, we went through the registration process in the office and found that there are 100$ to pay for this. Another surprise was when we were charged for the stay: there was 110$ of extra. Talking to the host, he explained that this is what the bank charges him for this transaction. When mentioning that this is not what was agreed in the final price when booking through booking.com, the host agreed to compensate us for this and for fees related to registration process. As inconvenience, fitted sheet for bad was absent. My wife bought a new bedding set to have this right. Also, internet connection was very slow.

I liked that it's a gated community condo unit with everything you need as well as a heated pool and spa, exercise facility as well as close to restaurants, shopping and beaches, the owner is top notch as a host. Highly recommend.

Very outdated, it needs repairs in the bathroom, mildew smell, we had to buy air fresheners to help with the smell and those didn’t even work, no hand soap available.

it is beautiful- the bed & couch was so comfortable would recommend staying here. loved the pool as well.

when they water the lawn it smells but no biggie.

my stay was 10/10 the facility was great nice amenities pool, walk trail, views etc. and the host Frank was amazing..

This place is beyond amazing. The facilities are incredible and everything is within minutes.

It was a truly luxurious, wonderful place at a great price too, amazingly! The host was very warm and helpful throughout our stay!
