Drove 10 hrs got there 1 hrs early called to try to check-in early was told no. Set outside condo the whole time no one in or out so it was ready. Seen 2 roaches while we were there in condo.

Pictures was not actually location on Booking.com. We thought it was the 1st floor. 2nd the sheets had stains. They came the next day and changed but they had stains as well. Also we was not made aware of construction going on. The noise was almost unbearable.

There was no hot water in the master bath sink. There was for shower but not sink.

It was on the main level right on the beach. I loved the easy communication in text and email. I felt very secure.

wish there would have been some stuff for the beach i.e. some more chairs etc. The full bed in the first bedroom was horrible. it caved in the middle so bad. we didn’t sleep well at all. Would highly recommend you get a new mattress. Also didn’t think there was a lot of kitchen utensils but probably enough for people on vacation. The trash coming at 7 AM every day is a little annoying when you are on vacation.

The front door needs a lock that will keep small children from getting out the door. Currently just turn handle and door opens and with small children causes problems. The grass between the lawn and the beach needs to be cut down so there is a view of the beach right off back porch. The tall greenery blocks the view

The bottom of some walls and some doors are dirty and old. The sofa pillows and one sleeping are stained. We would've contacted the front desk but it was late at night already when we discovered it. We didn't use the couch pillows so just put them to the side.

I love the location of this place. We're on the ground floor so we didn't have to lug our bags upstairs. The beach view was amazing and accessibility to the beach was convenient. I was also afraid the room looks old because the pictures of bedding was very 90s, BUT they changed the linens and blankets to white. The bathroom also was clean so my family could relax and focus on the fun!

I didn't like that we were not told the condo was.acheduled to be sprayed for bugs. Maintenance did knock, but he let himself in that was not a very good feeling.

The only problem is that one of the bath tubs the water will not run fast enough. You will have to wait till the water will go down so someone else will shower.

I really like the place. As soon as we enter it smell clean. We love the view of the ocean in front of us was breath taking.

I was really disappointed to spend so much money to not have a hot tub, also the security staff some were pleasant others were not! Felt like we were constantly being bombarded every few minutes just to show our bracelets again!

This was our first time visiting Miramar Beach and our condo at the beach house exceeded our expectations by a long shot!! The condo was clean, nicely updated with beautiful decor. We were only steps away from the beach and the pool. Waking up every morning and watching the dolphins swim right outside our livingroom was absolutely Priceless! We will definitely be staying here again very soon!

The Condo patio was not as clean as it shouyld have been for the price. The furnishings on the patio were extremely dissapointing-four mismatched plastic chairs and a stain on the patio that was also dribbled down the sidewalk in fron to the units.
