We recently lost my dad and needed to get away. I found this property and booked within a few minutes. This property was so beautiful and we loved all the privacy of each room. The kitchen was so big and well equipped.The bedrooms were nice and roomy. (Need to change out mattresses but other than that things were really nice and comfortable. )The wrap around balcony did not disappoint. So convenient if you wake up before others and want to sit there and have morning coffee and not disturb anyone. We were really pleased and the price was reasonable.

Orange Beach and Gulf Shores was beautiful! The Shrimp Festival was really nice, friendly people and great music and craft booths. Our condo was very nice, plenty of room. The was some construction going on, but only 8-5 weekdays, so wasn't a bother. Had a little problem with one of the toilets on initial arrival. We turned off water to that one. Couldn't get a callback, but still didn't really affect our stay. We will definitely come back again 😀

The only thing I would say that would be a con was the pots and pans were very dirty. had to scrub them hard before using & there was lip stick on some of the cups.

Lobbys we’re always clean. always smelled good. well conditioned. Great access to beach! Charcoal grills were really nice. pools were perfect for 2 kiddos! loved our balcony.

The dryer didn’t work hardly at all. It seemed to be clogged and it took 3 plus hours to dry a small load. The dryer also made a really LOUD AND LONG BUZZING that could not be turned off and it was hard to plan laundry around naps and bedtime. The tiles on the balcony were cracked and bowing and it made me feel unsafe. The door to the balcony in the master stuck, and we couldn’t get out. Also, the front door lock didn’t look safe. It had holes around the handle and then just a bolt for the flip latch and not an actual lock piece. We found food and trash under one of the beds when we arrived and there wasn’t enough towels for two people much less the 4 we had.

We loved the condo being on the beach and how close it was to everything. The inside pool was nice however, I wouldn’t call it heated. it was more like tap water cold. My kids couldn’t stay in too long because they had fans to dry the floor but it made it very cold in the room with the pool.

There wasn't any sit down restaurant close by and if there was it was bars and seafood. The condo and the property were excellent.

My only thing I would say about this I didn’t like was my third room (kids room) tv never had signal and so they couldn’t watch tv as the wanted.

what I loved about our stay was how big the space was for a big family. Also had a extra sofa bed if we needed that as well. it had many appliances, utensils, and everything you would need that you might’ve forgot. The view to the beach was beautiful, inside bool with heated water, sauna was lovely afterwards, and the staff answered all my questions.

I didn’t like that the address listed on booking i was not the address and only took us to orange beach. u then had to stop and call for the exact address. Also, didn’t receive any specific instructions to which building the property was in. After driving to Orange beach, taking a exit that took me a hour past my destination, we then had to go to 2 separate buildings to find our place.

I liked that the property had enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone. I also liked the location and even though I’m sure it was because of the cold temps that there was plenty parking

The fact we weren't told before that you could only have two cars on property we had six people and could only get two passes which were not in room so 30 minutes later after we called about it there was already a tow sticker on our carq

Our front door never locked or unlocked with any code. You close door and it never would lock. No one ever showed up to fix. Then all doors to balcony did not lock either. Very scary if you have small kids. Then worse thing is no one ever showed to fix it. I was told someone did, yet we had someone stay there at all times. Even had the security man check it and he said to call Booking asap. But no one showed while we were there.

Everything was very nice. just wish was nicer weather.

The satellite in the 3rd bedroom would not work at all. The condo could definitely be cleaned better.

The location was perfect. Loved the indoor pool.
