Nothing not to like about the condo itself. The elevator did stop working for a couple days but they were right on it & was working again thankfully by time we had to pack our stuff down. Not a big deal for us but may be for someone that can't do stairs.

This 80's theme condo with arcade was very well thought out. The attention to detail was awesome. We all loved it. Every condo should have an arcade game. We will definitely consider staying here again. FYI: We left holding some new top scores in the games!

Everything was wonderful. The floor was a bit dirty and there were parts of the floor that appeared to be sinking, but that is just because of the age of the building.

Praise God, it was such a blessed experience! Myself, my husband, our two toddlers and my in-laws, all felt very comfortable here. Everything we needed was in the condo and the kiddos really liked the decor! The pull out bed was comfortable and the chocolate bar on the bunkbed, was quickly consumed by my daughter:). The view of the ocean is a blessing as well!

We were forewarned about the elevator not being operational but climbing to the third floor forced us to plan our adventures beyond the apartment carefully. The bathroom ceiling was moldy. There not enough wash cloths for four guests, actually only one.

The location was good. The kitchen had a good varity of utensils and was extremely clean. The arcade game was great for the kids. Netflix was an unexpected bonus.

construction was a tad much but hey it has to be done & honestly you couldn’t hear much inside the room

The pull out couch was dirty like someone peed on it. My brother closed it and just slept on the couch which was very uncomfortable. He couldn't fit in the bunk beds. The binder with guest information on it had cockroaches in it on top of fridge I slept on top of the covers in the bedroom I didn't want to know what was under the covers. The ceiling fan looked like it was gonna fall off the ceiling. We were afraid to turn it on.

I liked that the beach was close by and easily accessible. There's a restaurant and gas station close by you could walk to.

The A/C kept freezing up, I was not told before hand that the elevator was broken until I had paid. I was not able to get my money back. I was told it was on the second floor, but turned out it was in reality the forth floor. Has under parking.

The only issue was the elevator was down. Other than that it was awesome!

The room was a great theme. We loved the arcade game! The location was awesome right by the beach and by many Corpus Cristy attractions.

The tub was clogged and my wifi was not working. The guy who tried to help brought he's whole family in my room which made it awkward. The worst part about my stay was the stairs and the construction that was by my door...

My kids really enjoyed the arcade theme and the games that were provided.

the property is fairly dated and had a lot of construction. the info packet you get at check in states contractors can start at noon on the weekends however they started at 8am sharp with beeping and banging.definitely not a great environment for rest. the condo itself could use a top to bottom clean. the floor turned your feet black and surfaces very dirty

Loved the short walk to the water and that one of the on site pools was heated. the on site pool even had a little kiddo pool that’s 2ft deep.
