    Water was a bit Rusty, otherwise can’t complain about a thing. Staff was great!

    Very quaint loved how it’s decorated. Attention to detail, very clean, grounds are lovely, great location!

    All was great

    A darling set up on the beach, 2 fire pits. Lake view and deck. Bfast in lobby lakeside. King room was perfect for 2, large outdoor pool. Highly recommend, owners are above normal to make your stay perfect,

    There are no vents in the bathroom for steam.

    We loved the location of our room. It had a beautiful view of the lake. The room was very clean.

    The walls are thin but honestly in an older property sometimes that's to be expected.

    The muffins were so good - the coffee was excellent too. The view on the water and setting on the water was wonderful too.

    Beautifully recently renovated property. More than accommodating service. Everything was clean. THE BEST VIEW in Door County. Right on the beach. Amazing outdoor area with an enormous gas fire pit and a wood pit in the sand below. I can’t rave enough about his location and I will absolutely stay here every time I come to Door County. The northern lights was an even better surprise than the coziness of the room.

    Small tall toilet rather than the elongated kind.

    Great sunset views & close to Sister Bay for sunset views. Loved the gas fireplace area & the fire pit in the sand. They supply the logs, kayaks, paddle boards. Loved the ambience of an old world motel, but it was colorful! Bed & pillows were comfy. We were in a suite with a nostalgic fridge & microwave. The windows were large. Beautiful view of the tranquil side of door. Close to Cana Island & Cave Point & all the other stuff on the bay side. Great coffee & muffins & more. Very personable owners & staff . Fellow guests were really friendly & several were repeat guests. That says something.

    Loved the location and the ambience. The accommodations were very comfortable and we took note of our room and plan on returning same time next year. Right on the lake...perfect.

    Shower water took forever to warm up. Also neighbors play jazz all day, late into the night.

    Staff was very nice. Rooms were updated and beachy. They had 2 fire pits every night by the water which was nice. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the view.

    Spiders!! We had a second floor room and the spiders in the eves prevented us from opening the windows in the evenings and enjoying the night air.

    Location was gorgeous. Enjoyed sitting by the lake in the mornings and evenings

    Cut back on sugary options for breakfast.

    Great location, parking, comfortable decor, fine deck and fire pit on quiet bay. Lots of service on a small footprint. Affordable in an area of high prices.

    there is no such thing, everything there is amazing, from the rooms, the beach, to breakfast and delicious coffee

    I like absolutely everything there, I’ve been coming to this hotel for five years, and the owner of the hotel, Shana, is amazing! I made a mistake when booking and booked a room where dogs were not allowed, wrote Shana a letter and she said not to worry about anything, and when I arrived at the hotel with my dog, I was simply delighted when I found out that Shana had checked me and my dog ​​into a luxury room ! with two rooms, a fireplace and a balcony and she didn't charge extra!! She is a very generous person! My dog ​​and I left after our vacation happy, very joyful, and even with gifts from Shana! Thanks to her for everything!😍
