Shower tiles have been rigged with the wrong type of caulk. It needs to be re-grouted properly.

Excellent beachfront property and condo. Watch out for the plastic sofa. Everything else is fine.

The balcony on the beach! The condo itself, was clean and had everything you needed, except pot holders in the kitchen.

The cleaning staff knocked about 8 times from 7 AM onward even though I didn’t check out till 10 so it woke me up several times

In need of paint job especially the bathroom. Also when we arrived half of the bed was on the verge of collapsing.

the condo was very comfortable with an incredible view of The Gulf. Me & my wife got there it was an issue with bed it was really loose. Notify Vacasa about the issue Beachside II maintenance fixed the issue very quickly which that is a plus to me.

The elevator broke down while we were trying to leave woth all our belongings there was an elevator technician van there but jo sign saying the elevator was broke.

The only downside was the K-cup coffee maker (which k-cups were the coffee we brought with us) was not functioning right, so we could not make our coffee in the room. There was a regular coffee maker, which we did not try.

My wife and I were very happy with our room! It was exactly what it was advertised as. Everything was clean and comfortable and worth the price we paid.

We loved the location in the Sand Destin area. It was convenient to so many restaurants, shopping, and other activities. The one bedroom condo on the 4th floor was very nice, with a great view of the ocean. The service was prompt. When we arrived the air in the room wasn't cooling quick enough but we were able to call and receive service to get it running properly. It cooled the entire week we were there!

A couple things that could have been better: the bed pillows (I am used to big fluffy king size pillows) the couch was comfy but a little narrow if you want to try to sleep on it and there is nothing there for cooking/coffee. Bring your own coffee and salt & pepper etc....definately not an issue for me but my Hubby is a coffee drinker. These are very little issues that had no effect on out trip just sharing......

It was very clean, close to the elevator and an easy walk down to the pool and beach. The bed was very comfy and there was plenty of room for the 2 of us. The resort was easy to walk and beautiful. The tram was very easy to hop on and off of. A perfect beach location and the balcony was perfect for the sunset views!

The elevators were a little scary, got stuck on one for about 3 minutes. One of the residents informed me that there's always a situation with the elevators.

It was very clean, decorated nicely, and the view was phenomenal. The location was in the middle of everything.

Broken gate upon arrival. We couldn't get in but they fixed it and construction all day was making it hard to enjoy the room

At night the little critters came out. Also half the balcony door and railings were shattered and covered up by foam board.

Furnishings were nice and cozy. Felt like home away from home.

The property management company lied to us and said only pool closed/ under construction but there were construction works in scaffolds only feet away from unit waking us up daily btwn 7:50am -8:00am. We stayed there for peace and relaxation.
