The shower rod, rings and curtain were extremely rusty in the second bathroom. Also, the countertop ice maker had mold in it. Otherwise, the unit was clean.

The location was perfect. Very close to restaurants. The beach was right outside and the beach chairs/umbrella were very nice. Loved the 2 pools. Very clean facility and nice people.

Lack of insulation between floors. We heard every footfall. The blanket on the king bed was queen sized, so it was impossible to tuck in. King blanket is needed. Dishwasher pulls forward, since there are no screws holding the shelves in. Doorknob into the building is wobbly and needs screws. There should be better railings for older people on the steps to the boardwalk to the beach.

The beach was gorgeous. Lovely pool. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed and living room furniture. Good TVs and internet.

I think the house could host more than 6 people. The living room couches can pull out to make beds, as well. They could have provided more kitchen supplies.

Location and proximity to the beach! The space was perfect for families or couples. Felt like home. I would recommend without hesitation!

Didn't think if or plan for the stairs and I had my elderly mother with me. They are a little steep but with some help, she was able to climb up and down. Probably poor planning on my part honestly. Also, people that are owners of other condos in the building didn't seem too welcoming of vacationers. Talking to my family about how previous ones were loud and asked to make sure we knew to be quiet. Had a bit of an uncomfortable vibe, but I guess I'd probably feel the same in their situation.

Very short walk to the beach. The inside was very nice. Loved the convenience of dishwasher and washer and dryer in the unit. Also appreciated being able to use a keurig during the stay. The pool was large. Beds were very comfortable. Close to the pier. No ocean view from the unit but all you had to do was go outside across the parking lot to get to the beach.

My only complaint would be the upstairs neighbor was a very heavy footed walker. Sounded like a giant up there. And our stay wasn't long enough. Both things that you had no control over 😊

Location was so easy to get to everything and very laid back!!! Our apartment was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Beach access was easy to get to. The grounds was kept very nice. The pool looked welcoming, but a little too chilly this time around. I would recommend this appartment to everyone!!! Loved it. Also the games and TV's were a nice added touch.

chair table broken, a blanket with sand in the closet, plastic chair on the balcony was broken; make me worry because i was thinking that charge me some extra money and the neighbor was upset because we were walking in the apt and she said don't step so hard so i was confuse disappointed we were in our family happy breakfast an she came to nagging for walking a little drama not necessary anyway

We could hear “Infant Olympics” in the unit above us beginning before dawn. Any adult walking could be heard and followed around the ceiling. Bed had a slight dip indicating age. Tv in bedroom was difficult to function - no cable box. Also, the unit we ended up with was not the one in the original photos. Feels like a bait and switch.

Location is great. Quick walk to the beach. Beach was pristine. Everything worked in unit. Plenty of sundries to get through our two days.

It was hard to reach the vacassa staff when we had issues. We had poor internet reception had to connect to the condo above. The tv in the 2nd bedroom wouldn't connect to cable or internet. We were told it was a bad tv and would be replaced the following day which never happened. We also had issues with getting in and out the front door because the door would get stuck. It would unlock but couldn't get the door to open sometimes. We called vacassa and never got through to them. Sent a text to one of the numbers that had text me and got a sorry for high volume of calls. But the issue with the door lock never got addressed .

The location was very close to the beach and pool. Easy to get to everything we wanted to do. The beach chairs included was a plus too. They were set up every morning with no hassle from the rental company.

black mold in bathroom, musty smelling and not kept up. Condo was cleanish but could use a deep cleaning. Had to switch locations because the mold/mildew was so bad for family members with asthma and allergies. This picture is not of the condo you RENT but of another condo they manage. it’s a bait and switch. Took 5 hours to deal with it and that’s time I could have spent with my family at the pool or beach.

Air is set to 70 degrees can’t turn it down. Black mold coming out of the vents. Paint fell off of ceiling as I was getting out shower. Beach view manger was not friendly at all, got into the apartment literally sat down and they said we were being too loud. Location sucks. Can’t see the beach at all.

I have to really soul search for something I “didn’t like” but since there was a Keurig in the room (which was so amazing) it’d have been great to have pods. Maybe 1 per day or something like I’d be provided at a hotel. I really don’t have anything we didn’t like though.

The condo was very clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated! The property manager was absolutely amazing and very kind and personable. Pool was well kept. There’s plenty of space (we’re a family of 6). They even have pool/ocean toys, kitchen necessities, and plenty of blankets and pillows. I can’t sleep without a fan and unfortunately I had forgotten mine but opened the closet and there was one there. This place was just perfect and can’t wait to stay again!

It (the condo unit) wasn’t what was pictured in the above picture, it was a first floor which was fine but we heard every step the above unit made. Also woke up to an ant infestation the first two mornings.

The location was great, and the Beach service was excellent!
