The bed and couch and dining table were just not comfortable. The sink was across the bedroom and not in bathroom. They changed pet fees after I booked and had to get booking.com involved to ensure I wasn’t charged as the Vacasa staff was not helpful and just kept saying to call booking.com and that I was wrong even with photos of the listing proving no fee. No where to walk dog except on side of road. Only 2 rolls of tp provided for 2 persons for 4 nights. Had to buy our own.

Location was great and very clean. Allows pets. Easy check in. Pets allowed.

I didn't like that the shower stability handle was gone and had small patches over it. I also did not like that the extra bedding in the cabinet below the TV in the bedroom smelled of wet dog. The thermostat is a little wonky. It doesn't give an accurate temperature read on the wall. I didn't like that there were some stains on the kitchen chairs, that the pillows were browned with age, there also appeared to be yellowish stains on the sheets in the bed. They only provided 2 washclothes for 3 people for 3 night stay.

I like the proximity to the city and activities. I liked that we could prepare our meals within the cabin. I also liked that we had great wifi in the cabin.

Cabin was in a great location and had the basics. It would have been nice to have a few more tv channels and maybe some coffee stocked. Overall a good stay.

The shower did not drain well and felt a little slimy when we arrived. The shower curtain and liner could've been changed as it was moldy and a piece of the shower was broken and was covered with duct tape

Very comfy and cozy for a couple! Far enough away from the strip to be peaceful, but close enough for convenience to everything you need. It was clean. Great price for the quality! Would recommend bringing only one vehicle as there is another cabin next door that shares a parking area and it is a little tight. I would say this is more for a couple and not a friend group or kids unless you are ok with being on a pullout couch and sharing a small bathroom.

Parking was tough. The property description indicates two parking spaces. I don’t think there is space for two vehicles to park at the cabin.

Convenient location to all PF attractions. The cabin was comfortable.

Could use a little more parking area but really wasn't an issue for us with only one car.

Property was well maintained and clean. Close to Pigeon Forge but far enough out town to be quiet and peaceful.

No green space for our dogs. Loud music from up the street could be heard inside the cabin. Cabin was directly in front of street with street that had continously traffic.

As soon as we walked in the smell of severe dog urine hit us! There was dog urine smell also on living room chair, also saturated on bed post where at floor and carpet cut outs underneath. There was also areas of not being wiped on surface! I reached out different times about the issue. And we left a night early due to the smell. And never got a refund for that night.

Recent storm had knocked a tree down and it took up most of the view of the stream and waterfall. But we completely understand those things happen. Was just glad to be able to stay and look forward to going again soon.

We loved every about this cabin and are already planning a trip back.

The support from Vacasa was very poor. On the second night, the bathroom door somehow locked itself and we couldn’t use it at all. The only contact was a phone number or through their portal. There was no local support. We did not receive any help from the phone number and still haven’t had a reply. We had to make alternative arrangements early the next morning. It was really poor service.

The property was fine and as described in the information.

Not to do with the cabin but we're told on emails from vacasa that we could come by the office to get vouchers for a pancake breakfast. We drove out there to get them at the address given on the emails and there was a sign in door saying the office has moved. Need to correct the emails
