We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesWe came to this Econ Lodge because we came as a family to see our son who is incarcerated in the same town (Beaumont, Tx) has been for the past 2 years and it was my birthday as well! The staff were amazing! They even came the following morning after we stayed the first night to make sure we checked in ok and if we needed anything to just give them a call! Everything was very nice and comfortable, I am definitely going to make this our go to once month when we go see my son again since this was our very first time!! Thanks for you’ll helping to make everything amazing!!

I told the front desk that I had a friend coming by wasn't for sure if he really was going to show up or not. No problem. I left and went to walk to the dollar store, got back and unloaded. My truck went upstairs. There was no elevator and the stairs was right at the end of the door not going through the front door. Went to the side door then I went back downstairs to get the other stuff out of my truck and my friend showed up and he had two two other friends with him. We went up to the room and I didn't know more yet. Just even just sit down until I had to knock at the door and it was the manager. Wanted to know why I had four people in my room. I said well one of them was going to stay and the others weren't what I want to say. Why is it any of your damn business but I didn't so he proceeded to say well they have to leave or you have to pay another $30 or something like that. He didn't ask if we were going to go to dinner if we were going to go do anything it was rude. I've never been asked that in my life so we left. They left and I left. I picked my stuff up and I took my key and I dropped it off at the front desk which he was not standing there. But I left it at the front desk which he said when I checked out the next day to come by there and leave the kid. So I did but he wasn't there. I never touched the beds I left

He put me out the room saying he smelled heavy smoke coming from my room I already had a bad experience when I was checking in they want they deposit in only cash and I told the man I only had a card on me he gave me a suggestion to walk across the street by myself at the mid of the night to get the cash off I told him you don't see it's dark outside and I'm a women by myself so yeah will never check back in over there on Walden road I rather stay at the one on 11th st out here on my city
