    The Jacuzzi was not operating properly but they did their best to accommodate and help. The beds in the guest rooms could use better frames.

    The check in process was simple and the hosts were amazing accommodating. Their response time was excellent and they were kind in granting a later check out time.

    Pool and hot tub were not serviced and ready when we arrived, but they came out the next day and got it going.

    I wish the pool was heated and covered as it was too cold to use in January. The hot tub was warm enough in the beginning but cooled off sooner than expected. Unfortunately the grill was not useable- no propane, not clean and not very sturdy. A few essentials were missing in the kitchen, (we couldn’t find a corkscrew or pizza cutter:) The owner is very responsive, but I’d recommend they add more info to the house guide with information on using the front lock and instructions/rules regarding the hot tub, and pool. The fire pit was a nice option for the cool evenings.

    The house looked exactly as represented online. It was very clean and beds were really comfortable. In a quiet neighborhood yet close to Rt 60, shopping and dining.

    This house is not ready for services! There was no hot water available in the jacuzzi, a main reason we choose this home! The host stated, “ it was connected to a 120 and the lid needed to be on and you couldn’t turn up the level past a certain degree.” The lid was on , we followed all his directions, this jacuzzi DIDN’T heat up past lukewarm. Very disappointed, host should state in his ad that the jacuzzi doesn’t heat up past lukewarm. The hot water in main bathroom didn’t heat up, my children had to use other bathroom to shower and that water was better, but not as hot as it should be for winter time. Water/ice dispenser not connected. The dishes were dirty, grease on pans and cookie sheets. I had to wash everything, prior to use. There was only one tv in the entire house, with 4 bedrooms and 6 of us l, that was not sufficient. The host stated he was “working on turf outside, first, then would work on inside of the home.” There was a ginormous mirror in the living room, but only a small mirror in “one” of the bedrooms. The mirror just seemed like an odd place to be located, it made us feel uncomfortable (2way mirror ?)There was a blink camera in the living room that made our stay feel very invasive. We didn’t realize what it was until we got a close up and was located by the baseboard. 1 person taking yard measurements, no notification given. Host was a nice person, but doesn’t justify all the things negative within the home. I would not recommend staying at this place, until all of these issues are rectified. We did ask to stay one extra night ONLY because we could not get back home due to roads being closed, due to the snow dangers on the freeway up North. This was only because of the convenience of already being in the home and not having to look for another rental for a night. We did not stay, the host stated he had another booking! As a host, I would fix the problems first, before any more bookings! First time Horrible experience at an Airbnb home!

    The only thing I liked that the host responded about the passcode not working and helped reset it. Waiting was a nuisance, but I appreciated him helping us out with that. He responded when asking about issues in home!
