Early check-in wasn't available, so that was a bit inconvenient. We slept in the parking lot, hoping not to be towed since we couldn't check-in or even chill at the pool. The temperature of the room changed overnight, and we'd wake up hot. The thermostat was a bit awkward to work to set a consistent temperature. The first day, there was a wifi outage (no fault of the host), but it was inconvenient to miss out on work and being unable to watch TV. Otherwise, everything was to our liking.

The location was ideal. It was in the middle of everything. It was clean and comfortable. On the 10th floor so the view was great. The host was responsive and timely.

Beautiful condo, very spacious. The bunk beds had nice firm mattresses. It wasn't too cluttered and decorated very nice.

The unit was amazing. The rooms were spacious i was on the 10 floor out of 12. Beautiful view of the beach and city. Bathrooms were nice. Entertainment center had roku xfinity cox and other smart features. Wifi was good enough the play games online without much lag. Kitchen area was nice. Full stove and refrigerator. Had some appliances on hand also. Bunk beds full mattress top and bottom with washer and dryer. Doors were very solid. Balcony was Beautiful also.

The master bedroom was amazing. I loved that I could walk out of the bedroom right on to the balcony. Amazing view. I could see everything including the beach. I will definitely book again for a much longer stay.

This unit has a view of the neighboring parking lots however you can still see the beach and the ocean at a distance, which was nice. Our friends had a unit with a pool view, which was much nicer, but also was reflected in the price we paid so not complaining. ☺️

The Palms resort was a fun choice close to lots of amenities. It had a beautiful large pool and a hot tub as well as a child’s splash pad. We definitely made use of the on-site restaurant/bar during our stay. Unit is on the 10th floor and was as advertised. Everything was clean. Unit had plenty of utensils and cookware. The unit had a washer and dryer, which was a lifesaver since we spent so much time at the beach. We did have an issue with the air-conditioning when we first got there, but the host worked diligently to resolve the issue and to make things right.. They definitely care about your stay. We will definitely return!

The unit was not clean at all. The door to the unit was really nasty. The walls all in the unit were nasty. The buck bed frame had food stains on them. The master room had ply wood holding up one side of the bed. The blanket linen had a yellow stain on it and wasn’t clean. The vacuum had dirt debris that wasn’t dumped after somone vacuum the floor. The balcony furniture was terribly used and the wicker pieces kept poking my legs and my granddaughter. I wasn’t impressed at all. Especially for the amount of money we paid.

I liked the pool area for my family.

When we arrived to our room the front door was already open. The closest door was up under the bed visible and I tripped over it.

My room had some things fall apart and inoperable, like it had fallen apart before but wasn’t fixed just bandaged so the next vacationer can have the same experience. Also around the halls in the lobby area and such had a weird smell. Like old feces and pee smells. Definitely needs to deep clean. And make sure bathrooms are cleaned.

Dryer didn’t dry clothes well, toilet seat was broken, no shampoo or conditioner, paper products were terrible. The pictures made it look nice but the walls were beat up, and the outside doors were very dirty so we tracked in from the patio.
