Reviews of Patio and Pool Access Stunning Palm Desert Townhome

The place is beautiful and it's located in the ground floor with doors opening to a terrace and green space (common area). You have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds and showers were amazing. Perfect for a restful evening after a long hot day in Palm Desert. We loved the location, quiet, peaceful and not far from services, grocery stores and convenience food restaurants. It was extremely helpful to have washer and dryer inside the condo too.

There is a need for improved communication among the staff. Upon arrival, I encountered a delay of one hour in obtaining my room due to a lack of awareness regarding my reservation. Furthermore, the bedroom and living room were severely infested with desert ants, causing significant discomfort for my family. Although the manager promptly offered to relocate us to an upstairs room, we declined in order to avoid unnecessary resource consumption. However, it is worth noting that the manager's communication skills could benefit from further refinement to maintain a professional demeanor.
