    Perfect location, quiet area.

The balcony was a little small and there was not much room once the futon was laid out. There was no alcohol sold at the restaurant in the hotel,

Great location, just a block to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and stores.

The toilet did not flush that well. But nothing a plumber can’t fix.

Location and the facility was great! Pool access was simple and getting to the beach was a short walk away as well as getting to places to eat. Just what we were looking for.

    A Magical Experience!

I guess one thing that was a bit frustrating was that the elvator sort of didnt work all the time and would not allow us to go to our floor. Which was also kinda funny and an experience to tell about :).

The location was amazing, we actually didnt realize how close to the heart of Waikiki we were and how easy it would be to go the beach. I also really liked that we could buy food and cook it in our hotel. It allowed us to keep cost down, as eating out could get expensive. There was also alot of options of where to park in case the parking lot underneath the hotel was full, the one we chose was the Banyan hotel parking lot, as you could pay for a whole week of parking there for a good price. We were there for two weeks and loved our experience.

Staff is rude and very unhelpful. AC stopped working. Management company had to be called twice.
